8-0 At Home!

For the first time in our history we are undefeated at home. Not once this year did we sit in our own stadium and watch our team lose. Not once did we get taunted by visiting fans after the game.

Yeah, getting home games in the playoffs will be huge for us this year. Just bizarre that we've been so good on the road in the past and we haven't been so good this year (I'm guessing it has a little something to do with Rice's 21 carries combined against the Jags, Seahawks, and Chargers, but that's just me).

It's nice that even though this team has had it's share of struggles this year, they managed to do something important that no Ravens team has done before. Plus Baltimore has reason to become one of the most feared places to play in the league. Green Bay and New Orleans are the only other teams not to lose at home this year and they're not done with their home schedule.

Can't argue that we did not Protect Our House, because we certainly did. It would be a shame not to play here in the playoffs, so lets all pray for this team to demolish the Bengals next week. Let them fawn over that Jerome Simpson play all they want while they miss the playoffs for the 20th time in the last 23 years.

We played very well at home. The palyers and coaches are not oblivious to the fact that the Baltimore fans are perhaps the most passionate in the NFL, and go the extra mile to help the Ravens have a huge advantage at M&T Bank. Great Job Ravens, and Great job fellow Ravens Fans.

I don't know if it's been pointed out, but the prior to this season, the Ravens have never gone undefeated in the division.

So that's another undefeated regular season goal we can do for the first time this year.

There's not much more miserable for us as fans than to suffer a home loss, especially to a team with obnoxious fans. It was truly awesome to be spared that this year. We've also cut way down on the number of visiting fans...this isn't a place they can come to see their team win.

This is quite an achievement to have. The Browns put up a fight just like I felt they would. Glad to see we came out on top.

Don't forget at one point all of the top 10 defenses resided in the AFCN, so they have all been to M&T also. At one point all the top 5 Ds were in our division. We need positive going into the playoffs we are not the Browns, Vikings or Colts but reading these boards you would never know it.

Actually in terms of YPG, only the Browns are right now outside of top 10, at number 11. And in PPG, all four teams are still in the top 10 in the league. Which just goes to show you how tough it is for any offense to play here, let alone have a chance at sweeping the division.
