All day it's been "our seasons over" and we're 11-4. How does that make any sense?

If the offense plays like we did in the second half today, the Bengals will steamroll us into another second place finish to Pitt... we've got to have this.

We haven't played well on the road, and the Bengals are playing for a playoff spot. Win and they're in. That's a lot of motivation for them, we have to match that intensity.

Isn't that your whole implication with the loss to Cincy prediction?

I think our vets will be too much for their rooks.
And CLE and BUF have real shots at winning next week.
Bills just put up 40 something on a good broncos D. Now they face the worst D in NFL who they beat already this year.
And Big Ben might not play @ CLE which could be huge IF the browns can stuff the run. (Huge if)

Next Sunday is going to be very aggravating for all of us and every Raven fan. Not only will we be paying attention to the Ravens game, but also the Steelers game and Patriots game. I think after next Sunday, Ravens fans will be going to buy a ton of headache relieve stuff because that's what they will have.

Let's hope the Ravens call a better game plan next week, I'm sure they don't want to see the Bengals make the playoffs, I'm also pretty sure they want to make team history again by going 6-0 in the division for the first time.

Someone said we need to match their intensity. This is exactly 100% correct, the good things here are that they are a familiar divisional foe that we know always plays us tight. However, this year we've had trouble matching intensity on the road, this better not be the case. I really don't want all our hard work this season to be ruined by the Bengals. God i hate the Bengals and their fans so much. Be greatful that you don't live over here guys.

Well. Wow. Just wow.

We've lost on the road this season to teams under .500. The Bengals do not meet that criteria.

Last time I checked, if the playoffs ended today we are 5-0 versus the teams in the playoffs. Steelers on the other hand (who everyone keeps saying are playing with more "fire" than us) are 1-4 versus the same.

Most likely Ben does not play next week. Browns nearly beat the Steelers with Ben playing @ the ketchup field. This game is @the Browns and IMO Wallace is a better overall QB than McCoy. That is not a gimme game for the Steelers by any stretch. Plus they also took some injuries today.

So yeah, it seems we play down to our opponents but we sure do know how to match the intensity when we play those teams of playoff caliber.

We are 8-0 at home for the first time ever in our franchise history. Another marker reached.

I don't mean to rant or sound preachy but really, all the gloom and doom around here when we are 11-4, control our own destiny, made a benchmark in our franchise history today and were clearly missing Boldin badly in this game, is just so far over the top at this point.

Thanks, this needed to be said by somebody. And honestly, (i was at a bar so watched all the games) the Steelers played very poorly against the Rams. The Rams D had them beat in the 1st half, eventually when your offense is that bad (i think St. Louis might be the worst in the league without Bradford) your D is going to give up points. Had Pitt been playing a better team, they would of lost guaranteed. If you ask me, they have been very unimpressive this year, like you said, their only good win is New England, other than that, they've beaten everyone they should have. And really should have 1 or 2 more losses if Palko and McCoy weren't playing.

I'm sorry to say this but I will be surprised if we win this game .

We are not peaking at the right time and seem out of sync on both sides of the ball.

Also another interesting thing on the line next week, the Ravens play a AFC East Opponent at Home and AFC South Opponent on the Road based on the final standings.

If Ravens Win AFC North:

Patriots come back to Baltimore since the Ugly 2007 MNF Game

Ravens go to Houston again

If Ravens Finish 2nd:

Jets come to Baltimore

Ravens go to Tennessee again

Not good. This team is playing the worst in NFL now. Poor coaching, bad draft picks, & our elite players playing average at best.

No matter what your reasoning was for your prediction (not agreeing nor disagreeing with it at this time), you are a generally negative and over the top poster. It doesn't look good on you :)

Well if anything, the Benefit of Ravens-Bengals, Steelers-Browns being moved to 4:15 is that the Patriots-Bills stay at 1PM, so we'll know by 4:15 whether we have a shot at the 1 Seed or stay the 2 Seed if Ravens beat the Bengals.

Umm...... not understanding what you are saying? If we win next week and Pats lose, we got homefield throughout the playoffs. If we get the #2 seed meaning the Pats win as well as we win, only team we won't be at home against is the Pats.

Anyway, let Jimmy stick AJ and keep a safety over the top for the most part. Greisham and Benson could burn us too as well as Simpson but I think we will do fine on Greisham and Benson but Simpson and AJ, got to focus in on them.

How can you have a team beat in the first half?

If the Jets and Titans both lose their 1PM games , the Bengals will get the wild card regardless of the outcome of the game with the Ravens. The only thing they would then get by beating us is giving the #2 seed to Pitt , assuming they beat the Browns.
