Chargers Best Team To Beat Steelers?

I cant see Texans with Yates recent play being able to beat Steelers. Broncos and Tebow look to be going downhill. I think if any wildcard, or team in hunt that has best chance to beat Steelers, then it is the Chargers, I think they could beat Steelers in San Diego.

If not the Chargers, then who do you think?
