New Madden Creative Director

In what could be a sign of good things to come for the Madden Franchise, they have a new Creative Director. Their new Creative Director is Kolbe Launchbaugh, who was the Lead Designer for MLB: The Show Video Game. Considering how well MLB The Show has been, and how talked about their Franchise mode has been, I have high hopes that Kolbe will do what he did for The Show and apply it to Madden.

Thoughts on this and do you think it will help Madden in the near future?

Edit: Apparently Kolbe is going to help prepare Madden for it's transition to the next console generation.
