Great to see Norris Cole play big night. I wondered if he could make an impact this season, and while it's only one game, I'm excited to see him develop.

I thought this video was really cool. Seeing Lebron go up against Julius Irving or seeing Kobe and Magic walking out form tunnel together or even Dirk vs. Larry bird scene shot. TNT did an awesome job bring past with the present.

The kid's clutch, scoring 12 points (or more) in the 4th quarter... Boston looked pretty bad last night.

Poor Lakers... but how do you lose to the Kings?? C'mon, Man!

Wizards choked big time last night, blowing an early 21-point lead, but we look like we can be competitive...

The Heat look fierce and should roll through the East.

Thats very optimistic. We have a lot of talent, but the sheer number of knuckleheads on that team is astounding. Wall needs to be smarter with the ball and Jordan Crawford needs to find the bench. I like Turiaf though, he was a good addition.

You guys are giving Sacramento way too much credit. I live here and I'm so sick of the hoopla in the paper every morning. They're losers, starting with the management, ending with the starters. I'll be honest, I used to like them, but that's because the team was all I knew. When they had Bibby, Christie, Peja, Webber and Vlade together, with players like Barnes, House, Bobby Jackson, Jason Williams etc., that was a fun team to watch. But I've had it with the drama with the Maloof's wanting attention threatening to move the team to Las Vegas. But I've always liked Kobe Bryant; even more than Michael Jordan. Kobe is my favorite professional athlete besides Ray Lewis. I hate where I live, so I always like the teams that all the moronic people here love to hate, like the Dodgers and Lakers. I even went for Auburn last year in the championship.

Sorry -- Sacramento sucks, lol

Dude, those were predictions from when the season first started, before the Kings started making the headlines for all the wrong reasons. They're as broken as my Wizards right now. But we did finally get our first win. Fist. Pump. Now we're the only 1-win team in the league...

I smell playoffs.

I said they "could" be good, but I'm not surprised they're not and probably won't be for a long time. I'm a Tyreke fan but I can admit he's not a player you build around. Cousins has more than his fair share of issues,Thornton is really just a scorer and the rest of the team is full of average players.

Not trying to come off as being arrogant, but I knew before the season started that they would be the same old team. I wish they'd just get it over with and move to a different state. But the Lakers would love to take John Wall off of your hands :)

Yea, I like Tyreke too. Cousins can go ahead and suck it. I've always liked Donte' Green as well.

I found this on the internet...

I know where LeBron can get a 4th quarter..I mean Tim Tebow has plenty of them.

Time to revive this thread to start up the "Linsanity" discussion... do you think Jeremy Lin will be able to continue his impressive run once Stoudemire and Melo come back?

Scoring wise, no way.

But I can still see him become the passing PG Melo and Stat so desperately needed.

There's no way Lin continues to shine the way he has once both Stoudemire and Melo return. He'll still be an effective player, but both of those guys need so much of the ball, and Anthony's game is built on isolation.

The TimberWolves are gonna win it all.
Just kidding I guess Magic will win it all.
The only thing the Magic can win at is a potential trade that would send Howard away from Orlando instead of losing him in free agency.

Well, Linsanity continued last night WITH Amar'e... so he's proved you wrong in one regard. We'll see what happens once Melo returns, but I'm not gonna doubt that he can continue to shine.

Maybe I didn't emphasize it enough, but I did clearly write "both" in my post. Had 'Melo been on the court, either D'Antoni schemes that play to him or Lin naturally defers.

Even with ridiculous amount of turnovers, Lin has obviously played very well during the six-game winning streak. But he's also seen a lot more of the ball than he would if the Knicks had all their personnel healthy and active. Even as the PG, once Melo returns, their offense is going to slow down and Lin will see less shot/ball-handling opportunities.

Oh yeah. The ball would have definitely gone to Melo on that last basket if he was on the court. Has a return date been announced?

The earliest he could be back is Friday. I've got him on one of my fantasy teams along with Rose, so I'm really hoping they can both get back on the court soon.

I watched that game and it didn't even seem like they were scoring anymore than "normal"
What's even more amazing is that Durant and Westbrook's 90 combined points was more than several teams managed last night.

 That doesn't surprise me. I like Westbrook, but he's a SG playing PG.

Hope you enjoy the Grizz-76ers game.
