Flock, after we laid an egg Sunday night, will we come back strong and win the last 2 games against Cleveland and Cincinnati?
If we do win we will get no less than the 2nd seed in the AFC for the playoffs.

I said we'd win out but ..the Cincy game scares the heck out of me. Hopefully we get Webby and Carr back for that game...that would reassure me a little bit.

I voted yes we will win out. I will say this though, IMO if we don't win out and we blow this opportunity yet again, jobs may be lost.

They have been given a second chance for a bye and a home game..I am hoping the Bengals will have clinched before Jan1 because if they have not Cincy will want the last game more than Baltimore.

They can't even if the Jets lose this week. The Bengals will probably have to win the game against us (only AFC game left) to get into the playoffs.

Nor can they get eliminated this week.

So either way. The final game will matter since it is a 1 pm game and nothing will be decided before hand. Sorry to burst your hopeful bubble.

These are teams we know, teams we get up for and we have a lot to play for. They're going to take both. And when they do, they will have swept the AFC North this year.

I have learned to not get my hopes up. We beat the Browns, but Cincy is up in the air as long as everyone is healthy though I think we got it.

We have bad luck when I'm optimistic , so I'm going to be a pessimist and say we lose one , and possibly both , games.

There. That should guarantee us a sweep.

Ravens need to go in and take out their frustrations of the Chargers game on the Browns and Bengals... and then take a week off to calm down during the Bye and come back in the divisional round and continue taking out our frustrations... and our frustrations will not be gone until we win the Super Bowl and thus all of the frustration of losing to the Chargers will be gone. It's time for the Ravens to Unleash Hell and not stop until they are holding the Lombardi Trophy!

I think we win both. My it my confidence has been shook before. Never in my life would I think we would lose to the Jaguars and the Seahawks while Flacco was our QB and Harbaugh was our coach. It is what it is though. Go Ravens.

Bengals vs Cardinals really is the Bengals season. This will be their most hard fought game of the year. Win or lose, I expect this game to be very draining of cinci. That bodes well for the ravens because I dont think the young bengals can handle the ravens.

Of course I'm a member of The Ravens' Flock. I'd assume that most everyone here is.

I like to play devil's advocate. We agree on more things, but I just can't let it be known :P

If Flacco keeps turning over the football, we will lose in CinCi. Absolutely Ridiculous.
[/quote]

True, but if we keep giving up touchdowns on every drive we will lose too.

i think they lose in cincy. cincy will be fighting to stay alive and they play us hard anyway. plus, i dont trust this coaching staff to get this team ready for a easy road game, let alone a tough one like this one.

If we lose more often than not, I don't attribute it to what the coaching staff does, but rather how the players who are getting paid execute.

I think we have a great shot at winning out. The Browns run defense can't stop anybody, and I think we'll see the same result again. The Bengals will be tough, and yes they will be fighting for their lives, but so will we. And people seem to forget that Andy Dalton had 3 picks in that game, Not saying he will again, but he will be under the most pressure he's been in all season with a playoff berth on the line.

If Andy Dalton throws for over 300 yrds on us again I will be upset. They stayed in the game with us the first time because we gave up far too many big plays. Flacco is a big reason why we won that game, he made some big throws, save the bone headed int before the half.

If this team doesn't have the ability to win the next 2 games, than how can we expect them to have the ability to go to the Super Bowl. That's how I feel. If we can't beat Cincinnati on the road, then how can we beat New England on the road. These next two games are essentially very critical to our Super Bowl run because they make it so we only have to win 3 playoffs game versus 4 with potentially 2 home games.

I'm really hoping we sweep the division because that's the only thing my Bengal friends bring up ever in arguments, "hey remember in 2009 when we swept the division". They tune out my obvious and many rebuttals

Think AJ green separated his shoulder. So if he doesnt play we should beat them in Cinci. If not, I m not so confident.
