We dont need NE to lose all we gotta do is win and pit lose and we get #1 back...just seen it on nfl network
[/quote]

Come on, man; how could that possibly be?

New England is a game better than us, and we hold the tiebreaker with Pittsburgh due to head-to-head.

If the Pats keep winning, then we can't catch them. . .

I don't remember which tiebreaker, but I believe it was common opponents that would give the Ravens the advantage over the Patriots because the Pats lost to the Steelers, who the Ravens swept.

Right. . . if the Pats were to drop one and we won both, that would hold true.

However, BmoreRavens732 was saying that the Patriots didn't have to lose in order for us to get the #1 seed.

Crap, you're right, I forgot about the Patriots having one more win.

The 49ers' win over the Steelers made us completely forget about the loss to San Diego. :)

I don't understand why Harbaugh is still using Webb on returns.

Not only is he a bit banged-up, but isn't he gassed after running up and down the field on a defensive series?

Miami is straight DRIVING on New England.

They just had Matt Moore run a route, and although the throw by Bush was bad, Moore drew the PI! Hah!

On the flip side, Cincy is up 17-0.

Next week is going to be a toughie, but we really don't have an excuse to rest starters considering the history of momentum helping playoff teams in the NFL, and the fact that we have a bye the next week anyway.

Good lord our offense is F'in brutal some days. Does Cameron even draw up multiple game plans for passing and running? Or does he just run the same damn stretch play every 1st and 2nd down.

Many of the fans are happy because we managed to beat a 4 11 team. i am getting very sick and tired of the Ravens play. They look like they are taking plays off (in some cases games off). They are not playing as aggressivley as their rivals the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pittsburgh players are playing hard even when the opponent is weak and they will play you all 4 quarters. I do not see it with these Ravens. You guys are making your fans nervous you can't seem to finish a game (or a season). I tell you what, you cannot afford to take the game off next week because you are not going to get to the Superbowl if you have to play as a road team all the way. You guys aren't built that tough. Face it you are not the 2000 Ravens. (Those guys played with pride)!

STOP THE BS AND TAKING PLAYS OFF!

What was up with Ed Reed's attempted tackle on #15, that was just bad. And then to top it off, Ray Lewis missed him on that play too, it took Ayebendatio running him down.

Those Steelers sure looked aggressive and resilient on Monday night.

I get the feeling that instead of going for the tackle, Reed was trying to put a shoulder on the ball to knock it loose and just missed. If that's what it was, not the best decision he has ever made.

That very well could have been the case, he's always thinking turnover, thats what's made him great and frustrating sometimes.

That's true. When it works, we go insane; when it doesn't we scratch our heads and wonder what he was thinking. Kind of like Polamalu. I bet he drives some Steelers fans crazy. It seems like he has gotten burned more this year than previous with his guesses.

I'm glad the Browns were in a giving mood this Christmas.

Running out the clock at the half getting no points was one of the worst coaching decisions I've seen in quite some time and then the offsides at the end of the game when it was obvious to everyone but Phil Taylor that the Ravens offense were only out on the field to draw an offsides penalty was both undisciplined and dumb.

Too be truthful, the Browns have had the holiday spirit all season long. They've been very giving. 11 times I do believe.

We can look at things like this and say we would have lost but really, you have to know that if things pan out differently, we'd play a different type of game. I mean, I guess maybe not with Cam lol but most likely.

The fans of Baltimore should package up the game ball Harbs gave us yesterday and send it to the Browns , with a Xmas card. They gave us a couple nice gifts for Xmas , we should try to reciprocate.

Sign it : " To Pat Shurmur , Phil Taylor , and the rest of the Browns : You gave us the ball game , so we're giving you the game ball. Happy Holidays ! "
