Ladies and Gentleman, the moment of truth is coming. Week 6 will be the Make or Break game fore our season. If we lose this game, it will be very hard to bounce back. Our defense can stop the pass, we've already proved that (with the exception of the 4th quarter choke ups on defense). We can stop the run also.

But Indy's defense has also proved they can stop the pass, but a little more complacent on stopping the run. If we can keep healthy at tailback, then I can see this a manageable game. But our offense really needs to step it up and match Indy's prolific offense.

And also keep this in mind, WE HAVE YET TO PLAY THE NFC EAST! And in case you were unaware, that includes: DALLAS, WASHINGTON, THE NEW YORK GIANTS, and the PHILADELPHIA EAGLES. So, let's keep our heads high while we can so we can be prepared for the toughest games in our entire season.
We all saw or at least I did what the Colts did against the Bears, a great defense with an ok offense that relies on the run. Sound familiar?

I don't think week 6 is a make or break game for us, at all. You gotta remember how hard our entire division's schedules are. The 2nd half of the season is where it begins to get really tough for the teams in AFC North. In order to make a season a success you need to at least make it to the playoffs. And with the way our division is playing it is not impossible at all to make it there with a 9-7 record.

Steelers are 3-1, ok...but without Ben Roethlisberger the Steelers play like crap. Has anyone seen the way Big Ben has been getting hit lately? Towards the end of the season I would be very surprised if Big Ben or the Steelers for that matter, hold up. They've already lost 2 OL, 2DL, 2RB, a couple CBs, and a LB...And the worst part for the Steelers is they have the toughest schedule since the 80's? and still have to face teams like the Redskins, The Cowboys, The Ravens, The Chargers, The Patriots, the Titans, The Giants....

In Fact the remaining schedule for the Steelers is: @Bengals, Giants, @Redskins, Colts, Chargers, Bengals, @Patriots, Cowboys, @Ravens, @Titans, Browns.

The Ravens remaining schedule: Colts, Dolphins, Raiders @ home, Browns, Texans, Giants, Eagles @ home, Bengals, Redskins @ home, beaten up Steelers @ home, Cowboys, Jaguars @ home

4 of our last 6 games vs our toughest part of the schedule are @ home.

Given the way the Ravens have played against great football teams like the Titans and the Steelers, we should match up fine with other great teams.

colts, giants, eagles, redskins, steelers, cowboys , jaguars.

Colts are getting man handled right now, the Eagles will be missing Brian Westbrook, The Redskins against a good Defense that can eliminate their offense (portis) will shut them down (like we always do), Steelers will be beaten up and will be playing us in OUR stadium, Cowboys have shown that they are not as dominate as everyone thought and with our teams physicality we just might had them a 1st class beat down, the Jaguars got beat AT HOME by the Steelers and we all know the Ravens are the better team.

Week 6 is not a make or break game for us, at all. Our team has been playing great football. I don't think that will stop happening if we lose to the Colts.

9-7 wins the division, Ravens go at least 10-6.

I think the victory for the AFC North will come down to the final two games of the season.

It's all just a matter of who can stay healthy. and if our rookies can step up if we can't.
plus the colts can outscore us we can out score no one when it takes us nine minutes to score and we only score like once a game on offense
Ravens football is all about running the clock, pounding the D-line with wall breaking force, and keeping our D fresh! If we have 9 minute drives each time we have the ball WE WOULD NOT LOSE. Our D will be so much better the second half of the season if we can control time of possesion like we have this year, which will make our tenacious D FRESH IN THE TOUGH GAMES.
Just like last year we have two of our great CB and Safties out.
I think Frank Walker and Derrick Martin are capable backups, besides C-Mac is playing great football right now
