Yes, I do. Apparently you don't. Here you go ...

rant - verb : to speak or declaim extravagantly or violently; talk in a wild or vehement way; rave.

As is: A speech or piece of writing that incites anger or violence

Obviously Flacco is angry with the Tebow fiasco, as well as not getting any media attention.

I agree, Flacco has more important things to worry about besides if people are talking about him or how hood he looks on TV.
Idk, Flex looks pretty hood wherever he goes.

I don't think Joe was "angry" about Tebowmania, he was just using it as an example. He called out ESPN or NFLN (forget which) a while ago on not showing the Ravens @ Steelers highlights - said he put on the tv to watch after he got home and they were no where to be found.

Aaron Rodgers is the 2nd-most talked about player in the league so I don't see what Packers fans and Florio are complaining about. Joe's just saying that no winning team is respected less in the media than the Ravens, which is probably true. I've seen a highlight of one of our games once in the past month and a half on ESPN.

Joe has the right to complain about coverage. No player takes more criticism for not wining a Super Bowl. I guess it's because he's done everything but in his first 3 years.

Its just you don't see many QB's complaining about stuff like this.

I mean Rodgers is having maybe the best year a QB has ever had. Yet he isn't getting anywhere near the Tebow love.

Plus, someone like Rodgers, Brady, Manning have earned the right to complain about stuff like this. Flacco isn't quite there yet.

I wouldn't be surprised if Tebow made it to the Pro-Bowl. He gets all the credit for Denver's wins regardless of whether he was involved or not. Why wouldn't he make it to the Pro-Bowl? Why wouldn't he be an All-Pro?

I like Flacco even more for coming out against Tebow like this. He managed to stay classy while speaking out against the 24/7 Tebow stream. I can't watch ESPN anymore, looks like Flacco is almost where I'm at with the Tebow lovefest.

He's talking about the Ravens, not himself. Even players on Tebow's team have to remind the media that there's more than just #15. Besides, Flacco wasn't attacking Tebow, he was trying to point out that his 10-3 squad deserves more respect than its been getting - something that Terrell Suggs says all the time.

"When we beat the Steelers were we on TV? No. I couldn’t even find a Baltimore Ravens highlight. I think that’s kinda the way it is around Baltimore. We don’t always get our respect but you gotta deal with it and go out there every week and just win football games.”

It's really not much of a "complaint" or "rant".

We beat the Steelers twice and everyone saw it across the nation. Still, we don't get any respect. All I want is to see us destroy the Bolts and have the Niners do the same to the Steelers. After that, I'm feeling good about our game against the Browns at home. The Bengals will give us a good fight but we should end up winning that one too.

Hahaha ... yea, that fits exactly what he said and the way he said it. And yes, it's called sarcasm.

You can try and mince words all you want. He wasn't ranting .. he wasn't angry .. I would guess that there is a level of frustration. And I can understand that and I am perfectly fine with him voicing it.

He has done nothing but win. He has never had a losing season. He is 42-19 in his career heading to his 4th straight post season in 4 years. He has won more playoff games than any of the other young QBs who came up around him. He has done that year in and out against some of the toughest teams in the NFL. This year, he has beaten the Steelers twice (currently #5 seed in AFC), Houston (currently #1 seed in AFC), San Francisco (currently #2 seed in NFC), Jets (currently #6 seed in AFC) and Cincinnati (currently #7 seed in AFC). Ravens are 10-3 while getting 7 wins against 6 of the top ten defenses in the league (Houston, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Jets, Bengals, Browns) and he's about to play against #9 on the list; San Diego in a couple days. And all you hear is how inferior he is and it's the strength of his defense that does it.

Tebow comes up, he is horrible for 55 mins in every game. They are winning by an average 3 points and it's completely on the strength of their defense against some of the poorer teams in the NFL and he is apparently the second-coming. It's a joke. Just like Brett Favre before him, I am tired of hearing about him. But at least Favre had a body of quality work to somehow justify the media blitz. Aaron-freaking-Rodgers and the Packers are in the hunt for perfection. They haven't lost a game in a calendar year. The NFL comes out with a new magazine. Issue #1, the cover is Tebow. Sam Hurd is apparently the drug king pin for his own little cocaine and marijuana multi-state drug ring backing the whole thing with money he makes from the NFL. 4 of the first 5 storylines on ESPN is about Tebow. SERIOUSLY?!!

Now see .. that's a rant.

The last line at the end was a total knock on Flacco, as if he's not doing anything on the field... wow.
Yeah and as if we aren't hearing just as much about Rodgers. Slight? Really? There isn't any Rodgers slight.

honestly, the Ravens don't deserve respect for sweeping pittsburgh if pittsburgh still wins the division.
So, the Ravens don't deserve respect now for accomplishing what before the season everybody said they couldn't do (beat a Big Ben led Steelers team) and which they did twice because maybe the Steelers might win the toughest division in the NFL? I just want to make sure I got that one right.

Hahaha .. I couldn't help but post this. "Numbers Never*Lie" on ESPN2. Their story lineup from the start of show was:

Denver or New England: Tebow vs Brady (opening storyline)

-Next
Tebow
Tebow or Newton
Best Rookie Passers (more Tebow talk)
Tim Tebow

The sad part is really that once the DC's of the NFL have time to break down this option offense and start to scheme against it and Tebow, he's going to be murdered and the media are then going to systematically tear him down.
hahaha, poor Michael Smith. He has to talk about this guy every single day and you can tell how much it pains him. He basically has to argue the same point over and over again, sure what he does in the 4th quarter is great, but he only deserves a fraction of the credit for why the Broncos are winning.

LOL NFLN running a segment in a few minutes. TOPIC: Flacco Sour Grapes.

HAHA. <Note to Flacco> Never talk about the media's golden son of football.

For they will take it COMPLETELY out of context, just to keep Timmy Tibow in the main light.

Amen.

I like that Joe is opening up this year. He's not whining or ranting (despite what some want to make of it). He is simply telling it like it is. He didn't go looking for it, he was asked a question. So he answered. He never once talked about what it meant to HIM, he talked about his TEAM not getting respect.

Considering Flacco's low key personality, I'd consider that a complaint. Hes not the kind of guy who is ever going to come out strongly, because that just the way he is.

I mean, Flacco's offered his earnest opinion on things before. It's being blown out of proportion.

Its just when someone like Suggs says it, you're like cool.

But Flacco is in the middle of the worst year of his career thus far. (statistically at least) Thats just something he shouldn't be worried about.

You know, I think this is going to get interesting over the next few days. It's almost like with Flacco, a fellow QB, coming out and saying something that the cork is further out of the bottle. Now Jermichael Finley chimes in calling the Tebow coverage "kind of disturbing".

If the Pats go in and seriously expose the Broncos, it will be interesting to see what the media world does (blame Tebow or blame the Denver defense).

This is being taken way out of context... Flacco was pointing out a true fact, and everyone takes it as a bash on Tebow. He was just using Tebowmania as an example. Ugh, the media...

To think this all started because Joe answered a question truthfully about how he feels about media coverage. I would imagine that most people, players and fans alike, agree with him.
