I Have A Rb Dilemma

I play ESPN Fantasy, and I dont know which RB to start:

Should I play Rice against SD? Rice is consistent when Cam gives him the ball. He is projected 18 points

OR

Should I play Chris Johnson against Indy? He's inconsistent but can put up when he plays. He is projected at 19 points

With the loss of Jennings my WR core is diminished to #2 recievers mainly so I need as many points from RB as possible.

EDIT: Im also terrified of losing so I just wanted to ask someone's opinion. Sorry if it seems like an easy choice to most or some

I ride with Baby RAY! He is/has been started every week for me. Cj2k has a better match up but im picking Ray every time.
