Voting For Polls

I've tried to vote on some posted polls and I get an error message that says I cannot vote in this poll. It happens everytime. I am logged in. Any idea why this is happening?

When they re-did the captcha they did an up-grade, maybe that is why--I will pass it on.

You need to have 25 posts before you become a "member", then you can vote.
