I don't watch college ball, or really pay any attention to it. It held some appeal when I was in college, but I guess now I prefer the "adult" stuff. Considering that he has a deluge of publicity just this year since he started at QB, I assumed it had to do with that and his atypical winning style. I didn't hear anything about him last year, at a professional level.

Regardless, my original post stands, aside from him not being a rookie. He is pretty good, but far from great. Yet at least. He may attain greatness.

Its fine. I didnt mean to come across as rude. I dont watch college ball much either, but I watched Tebow whenever he played. Plus he is a UF grad, and I live in Gainesville FL so its hard to not hear about him.

If Jay Cutler wasn't injured Chicago would've ended the Tebow hype train with ease. Now the Bears are collapsing in the fourth quarter, and I'm worried sanity will never be restored.

That was a nice forced fumble and recovery Tebow just made.

and now a nice job of moving the chains in OT by Tebow.

I've never been a religious person , but I'm seriously thinking about changing that.

I could use a little of whatever it is Tebow's got.

Dude you are not the only one, im atheist , but this luck , whatever you call it, just isnt possible. It keeps happening over and over again. The odds would be 400000000000000000 to 1 odds of this to keep happening, i think he sold his soul to the devil. If there is a god, he isnt that nice.

If this happens say two more times, i think ill pick up a bible, im not joking.

I just want whatever deal Tebow's got. I'll work with anybody.

"Born again" , "sell my soul" - I'm open to offers from either side.

I love watching Tebow games. On the contrary I want Billy to get some of whatever Matt Praters got. Idk if it is because it was in Denver, but he made a 59 yard FG look easy.

If he beats the Patriots next week.. I may consider going to church. This is just unreal, I really have no idea what to say about this. I mean how Tebow kicked a 59 yard FG to send it to OT and then not only leads the drive and kicks the game winning FG is unbelievable lol jk.

I hope the media starts giving credit to the Defense and gives credit to Matt Prater, Prater and the defense deserve more media attention than Tebow.

The Broncos are either the most extraordinarily lucky team or there is something else helping them.

Marion Barber must feel like the biggest clown alive.

Ha! Tebow does it again! I just want to say to all of you out there who say that Tebow isnt the first player to thank God, you're right. However, thnking God and thanking Jesus Christ are different things. Thanking God has become mainstream. The name Jesus is as polarizing as it gets and he has the faith to say that he trusts in Jesus on national tv. You guys want what Tebow's got, look at what he focuses on. You are not going to get it from the "sold soul" side dufusberger. The rules prevent too much religious commentary, but just watch where Tebow's heart is. Thats where this comes from.

It's really unfathomable how the Broncos keep winning. Because of Tebow, in spite of Tebow however you look at it its incredible the breaks they have gotten. Barber running out of bounds and then fumbling after the Bears could easily kick a FG. The crazy thing is I expect the Broncos to somehow pull it out.

As for the question at hand, I am a little sick of hearing about Tebow, but I think the Broncos are a great story. It just bothers me how much credit Tebow gets while the rest of team is 90% of why they are winning. If Tebow was as talented as Cam Newton as a passer and a runner with that D, I would be legitimately scared of the Broncos in the Playoffs. Fortunately, I just dont think the Broncos can beat a real team with Tebow at QB. Their only "impressive win" is at home against Jets and that was really a function of a short week and a trip across country plus Mark Sanchez being Mark Sanchez that allowed them to win that game.

How the Broncos and Tebow continue to win is simple. They play a system where Tebow's strengths are maximized and his weaknesses are minimized. The Broncos have a decent defense so the Broncos don't need to score an insane amount to win. Ball control is the key for the Broncos and staying out of 3rd and longs as well. Tebow also is very intelligent unlike some qbs in the league (see Vick).

excuses and excuses. Denver won, as a team. Tebow is the QB, he gets alot of the credit. They were 1-4 with Orton as a starter and with Brandon Lloyd who was the best WR on their team

I'm just glad it's finals week. I won't have time to watch the 24 hour Tebow coverage on ESPN. Tebow defies logic, and anyone who thinks that he wins that game if Cutler or Forte are healthy is fooling themselves. This turnaround is the product of a very weak schedule, during which time they have faced only one notable offense which destroyed them. When Tom Brady shreds that defense next week we'll finally get a (another) reality check, cause Tebow isn't good for more than 14 or so points a game. I think Buffalo can beat them as well the week after.

I just saw the highlights, I can't believe it. On the last few Denver drives, his receivers were WIDE open! No one within five yards on every throw! No wonder he brought them back - he didn't have to play against a defense the last 5 minutes.

No, I absolutely love Tim Tebow, and this is why. The more he keeps winning, the more the talking heads at ESPN will stick with him as the topic. Therefore, they won't focus on the Ravens, who they've all already written off, it seems like. So we fly under the radar, hopefully win out, and then we're exactly where we want to be in the playoffs.

I wouldn't put money on it... Denver's defense is actually pretty good... and Tebow could run for 14 points against the Patriots defense and throw for another 14... If the deadskins QB can do it, any one can...

If the pundits all pick denver to beat NE then the streak will end... lol... If they pick NE... I'm betting on Denver... God doesn't seem to like phony puffed-up know-it-all talking heads...

One good thing Tebow has done is inspire some creative and entertaining video mashups , like this one :

Then there's the Suggs-Bayless exchange , with Tebow as the subject of one of the disputes :

to me, Tim Tebow is the NFLs version of Ned Flanders
That is hilarious! Someone needs to make a Flanders in a Broncos uniform.
