Tim Tebow is a solid, classy QB. He is strong and; while he may not be Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, or Drew Brees, wins most of his games. I like him. On the other hand, he is not the only player in NFL history to make comebacks, believe in God, or win games. I am sick of all his hype. I really don't want a primetime game bumped for Tebone. Also, don't forget our old pal McGahee, Decker, Royal, that awesome Denver Broncos D, etc. and all they do. Please, Denver has enough hype from this dude. (PS: We might see him in the playoffs.)

If any other team barely scrapes by the AP-less Vikings, they're terrible. If the Broncos do it, Tebow must be a Pro Bowler. How sad it is. Only the Colts without Manning are worse than the Vikings without Adrian Peterson and with Ponder at QB. The Vikings right now are one big Jared Allen and a whole lotta nothing.

Unfortunately, we will be bumped from the Sunday Night Football slot for Tebow. No way the NFL passes up the opportunity to showcase Brady vs Tebow in prime time. I have heard Robert Kraft and CBS is fighting to keep the Patriots-Broncos game in the 4PM slot and not move it to 8:15. So we may end up staying in the Sunday Night slot but I doubt it.

As for hearing enough about Tebow, quite frankly every player and team at some point gets this kind of love from the media. We always talk about the Steelers being the media darlings, and even other teams but fact is whenever a team or another player is talked about so much it seems we have no issue. The only issue is that the Ravens aren't being talked about. Plus even though McGahee and the Defense has played well, Tebow took over the same team Kyle Orton had. Orton had the same defense, yet the Broncos weren't doing nothing. Here comes Tebow and all of a sudden the defense is playing well and the running game is going good, Tebow inspired that team and they are rallying around him.

Just get use to it, right now the Broncos are leading the AFC West and we'll most likely hear more about him the rest of the season.

Actually when you do the research, not much has changed since Tebow took over.

Orton-led
L 7-5 The Raiders in their prime
W 7-5 The Bengals
L 7-5 The Titans
L 12-0 The freaking packers
L 5-7 The good Chargers (4-1 during this stretch)

Tebow-led
W 4-8 The 0-5 ‘Phins
L 7-5 The Lions
W 7-5 The struggling Raiders
W 5-7 The Chiefs
W 7-5 The Jets
W 5-7 The bad Chargers (1-5 during this stretch)
W 2-10 Vikings without AP

Look at the schedule and call the Broncos a 7-5 team, which they are. That means they should beat teams worse than 7-5 and lose to teams better than 7-5, and split games against 7-5 teams. Which is exactly what they’ve done regardless of who’s at QB. The one exception occurs when you account how poorly the Chargers have played since beating Denver.

Look at Kyle ortans turnovers compared to Tebow. Also with Tebow as QB there running game is best in the league

That's because they're running it the most times in the league.

Nothing against Tebow but I think Denvers' D is getting overlooked in all this Tebowmania. Fact is, for whatever reason, he has the players around him playing better and with more life. Orton was like a vampire. Sucked the life right out of the entire team. I just hate that the media has to go so overboard with everything whether it is love or hate.

Yeah, but the Broncos scraped it 35-32. The Broncos defense (without DRoY Von Miller) let up 30 points to the Ponder led Vikings. Tebow put up 28 on the Allen led Minnesota D. If you lose with the opponent putting up 32 it's not on your offense (assuming they didn't give the other team points).

Jared Allen is the only good player left on that defense. And he stripped Tebow of the ball when Tim was trying to get cute by running out of the pocket. The Broncos defense scored 7 of those points. The bottom line is Tebow had 2 TDs, and both were to receivers who were wide open. Not a tall task against a secondary of all backups, and the starters for the Vikings weren't even that good.

fist off if you are sick of hearing about tebow dont hate on him. its not his fault that the media is obsessed with him. personally i love it. tim tebow is a great athlete and competitor. and i dont think the d is getting overlooked mainly because they were the same d when they had orton, but right when tebow comes they start playing at a higher level. tebow brings more to the table then one might think

What I am sick of constantly hearing is people complaining about Tebow. Whatever happens will happen, and Tebow is an awesome guy and a great QB. You people just complain because one, he is unconventional, and two, he is open about his beliefs. The public loves to throw a fit when a spotlight figure shows poor moral fiber, and yet they tear apart the one who shows strong moral fiber. You dont have to join the bandwagon, but get off his back and let Tebow be Tebow. If he wins, let the media talk about him. If he loses so be it. He knows that ultimately, this doesnt matter, and he knows there is a purpose for his life, and football is a platform for him to share the faith. Complaining about him wont change anything, and quite frankly, I think its about time we had NFL players with integrity and honor.

That's the most accurate description of Tebow I've ever seen.

if the Broncos beat the Pats I wonder what the media spin will be? Tebow beats the "best team" (laughs hard) in the AFC or they finally say Oh, its because the Pats defense isnt a great one.

Who cares, if they beat the Patriots the only thing that will matter is that will really give the Ravens the # 1 Seed as long as they win out. Plus for conference record tiebreaker if Tebow could do us a favor and beat the Patriots.

It doesn't matter how many times you run it, they have a very efficient run game. The reason their run game is so dominant is not because they run it so much, but because they run the ball effectively. Don't you think teams are stackign the box against them? They are, and they are still running the ball at will.

They'll just say it's because of the Pat's defense. The only team the analysts like more than the Broncos is the Patriots. Not really, but you get my point.

Obviously the guy is pretty good. Particularly if you consider he is a rookie, but he is not Aaron Rodgers. He is not the next elite QB to step onto a field. Not yet at any rate. Actually all this hype reminds me of all the hype surrounding Mat Ryan last year. He was the media darling then, and where is he now?

I like the kid... but the part I love is that the 'pundits' all predicted he would fail... every week will be his last win... As long as he keeps proving these non-football genius' wrong, I'm laughing... The same morons loving on the squeelers and patriots are doing everything in their 'press' power to tear the kid down... lol... And they will continue until he stumbles... then we will all hear "I told you so"....

He was a rookie last year. How have you never heard of him before? even though he didnt start last year, he was THE biggest name in College Football for years. Why do you think he has all this publicity?

I don't watch college ball, or really pay any attention to it. It held some appeal when I was in college, but I guess now I prefer the "adult" stuff. Considering that he has a deluge of publicity just this year since he started at QB, I assumed it had to do with that and his atypical winning style. I didn't hear anything about him last year, at a professional level.

Regardless, my original post stands, aside from him not being a rookie. He is pretty good, but far from great. Yet at least. He may attain greatness.
