listen i reallly like the guy.. i do.. but i just hate how this board will pump's flacco up like he his is doing a wonderful job.. that's all.. i am a realist that's all.. i see him for what he is and it make's me nervous... you can't always rely on luck..
Then you tell me. What do you expect from a first year starter out of Delaware?
PuRock, if you bump into Michael Phelps at any point before you leave the stadium and DON'T ask for his autograph, I'll be sorely disappointed in you...lol.
I just heard from some reporters that Phelps is hanging out in Steve Biscotti's Owner's box.

No I agree MES I would have rather had Troy 6 weeks ago but Joe's getting it done and shouldn't be expected to be perfect.

Again, if Ray Lewis isn't a candidate for Defensive Player of the Year this season, I'll have lost all faith in the Associated Press voters.

Yea we need to stop these third and longs. We struggled against them in the Pittsburgh game too. We seem to do great on 1st and 2nds. Your right we could have stopped the run after catch on that last first down.

They've figured out the run, but with time in the pocket, any QB could smack around this secondary.

Fabian Washington got lucky that Justin McCareins slipped when running that route. Otherwise, he looked like he would've been beat had he gotten a clean break on that route.

Kerry Collins looks bad out there. That last pass play could have been a penalty on us. I'm surprised the refs didn't call us. They really like us this game.

It seems to me that we can't let up on the preasure these 3rd and longs happened when they drop back into coverage.

It looked like their feet just got tangled up. But I agree with Franchise, Fabian was lucky there; even on a play where Collins completely launched one up for grabs, our secondary almost got beat. We just need to have extreme pressure on quarterbacks until we can get some of our DB's back.

We never shine 1st quarter, also get better as the games progress. I see definite improvement, but their is room for more.

nothing .. and that's exactly my point..yall act like he is winning the games for us... yall are the ones praising him .. i am simply saying what is it that he is doing.. and don't say poise.. i'm so tire of hearing that.. last year we talked about how much confidence and poise smith showed.. so it's not like he's the only one that has poise... other then poise.. what has he done.. seriously... he's done nothing.. so yall let him grow and mature and stop acting like he's already there..

True we just need to continue to be on top. Even if it is 3-0.

Fading to one side and he throws a lob across his body? You gotta learn. Hopefully we get a field goal and nothing more here.

From the Pressbox you could see how bad that INT was. Nobody was open. Mason got open for a second, and there were three guys behind Mason waiting for Flacco to the throw the ball.

I was thinking "Don't throw it to Mason, Don't!" ..That INT was too easy for them.

very similar to the first potential INT. Now it's getting ridiculous Flacco, he was doing so good with throwing the ball away.
