ummm i have been calling for smith since day one.. i am not a bandwagon rider like most of you are with flacco
I was literally the first one on here to call for Joe Flacco to be drafted by this team, before he even played his breakout game against Navy last season.

The proof is in the pudding. Bandwagon? No.

We can't expect him to play like an elite QB. You obviously don't know that there are up and downs to developing a QB. It isn't always going to be ups

By the way, don't say that multiple people are wanting Troy Smith because it's just this one guy.

It's funny, Kyle Boller wasn't even considered a dead project yet and he was in the league for six years? This guy thinks that Flacco would actually learn by being benched after four games and watching a fifth round draft pick who has no experience run a team with terrible receivers.
wow two losses and people are talking about troy smith starting again. is he healthy enough yet?

too be honest, there is no reason to think that Troy Smith will do any better than Flacco. to think that our offense would suddenly blossom under Cam Cameron is wishful thinking. it's a work in progress...
They've shown alot of improvement. The defense let us down today. Late in that game instead of sending the house at Collins, we should have been playing more prevent and keeping the play in front of us. To many times our guys had to turn to run and tackle from behind. You get worn down easily like that.

I think that once you have a starting QB, you stick with him. In my opinion the timing between receivers and QB is so important. constantly switching QB will affect the chemistry. We were all wondering where Clayton, Williams, and Heap were. They all contributed today. We just need all cylinders firing at once to become better.

Way to be a real fan. Root against your starters because you like the backup better.

Again, please prove numbers wrong.

Peyton Manning: 3-13.
Troy Aikman: 1-15
Drew Brees: 4-12 (I think)

Derek Anderson: 10-6

Those are just off the top of my head.

He has no credibility, this is a pretty stupid argument. He hasn't said anything factual yet or rebutted anything of significance, end of story. To think that Troy Smith should actually be put in is pretty mind blowing.

That's the point, man. Neither do we. But the way to get him to the promise land is for him to take his lumps this season.

Actually, you root against Flacco, period. It's pretty obvious. That said, he made bad decisions today, at any level - from peewee football to Pro Bowl.

I think responding to MES after he says Flacco will learn by watching Troy Smith play is far sillier than his actual comments.

He's obviously a troll. Nobody is that stupid.

Only thing I want to know is how the No.1 defense in the league allowed the Titans march 80 yards to get that TD? Regardless of the call on Suggs. We had this game in our hands, their offense was going nowhere. I'm sure this has been brought up but I'm not reading 27 pages, haha.

This is a huge loss. I can't see Flacco being decent away from home with hostile crowds but I thought we were in the position to win all our home games this season.

First, that call on T-Sizzle was horrible. Second, I guess that's what happens to tired defenses. I was shocked that we allowed them to score as well. That said, gotta give Collins & the Titans credit, every team is in the NFL for a reason. Titans aren't 5-0 off luck, they're a good squad. Let's just hope our offense can turn it around next week & move forward with the season.
