Aaron Rodgers

If you think they haven't played anyone good this season, man wait until you see their schedule for next year. Next year seems more like a cake walk compared to this season. Next Year's Packer Schedule:

- Bears(2)
- Lions(2)
- Vikings(2)
- 49ers
- Cardinals
- Seahawks
- Rams
- Texans
- Titans
- Jaguars
- Colts
- NFC South Opponent based on Standings (Most likely Saints)
- AFC East Opponent based on Standings ( Most likely Patriots)

I agree.. I been saying that all along. They haven't played no elite team all year besides the saints and that was the first game. To me I think they had one of the easiest schedule in the league especially for them being the champs.
Exactly! They have had almost THE EASIEST schedule!

From what I see, Rodgers' passing skills and reading the opposing defense are at Manning's level right now. They have yet to play against good defense with elite pass rush and secondary, but they do beat good teams with good offense; however the Packers' offense is too much for the other teams they played to handle. The only team that matched them offensively is the Saints.

I think our team will match the Packers better than most teams on the league right now cuz we are more of the balanced team.

PS: our #1 defense will match their #1 offense which is nothing better to watch than 2 lions going at each other......

Not really.

How so? They put up 34 points.

They're still the same team right now. They can score with anyone, but that D is pretty leaky.

If you didnt just randomly spout off nonsense, you'd know that they had (on paper) the 13th toughest schedule based on SOS. But yeah, carry on...

When you can win 18 games in a row both in the playoffs and regular season combined in today's NFL going all the way back to last season you are a pretty damn good football team.

I think the Steelers,Ravens, and Saints have the absolute best chance to knock off the Packers this season. If they dont face one of those 3 teams somewhere along the way before February 5th or on that same day I dont think anybody else will beat them. I have a feeling though the Packers are most likely going to have to get past 2 of those 3 teams I just mentioned if they hope to reach immortality and finally shut Shula and those 72 Dolphins up once and for all...

This can't be right. Its probably the NFC East.

NFC teams only play 1 division from the AFC every year. And that will be the AFC South.

9'ers D can slow them down, but Im not so sure A Smith can do enough on offense. So, I think I'd have to agree with those three teams mentioned.

I agree I dont think Alex Smith and the Niners have the offense to be able to hang with the Packers in a high scoring game. While youre right they could slow Rodgers down and contain him I dont think in the end they will be able to put up enough points to beat them. I would have also included the Houston Texans in that short list of teams that could beat the Pack if Matt Schaub would have been healthy. However, if Yates falters and the recently signed Jeff Garcia can come in and run that Texans offense the Texans chances of making some noise in the playoffs arent completely dead yet...

It's not really.

One person just doesn't seem to think they're THAT good, despite the fact that Aaron Rodgers looks completely unstoppable. He's on pace to break pretty much every Quarterback record ever. He just turned 28, too, so we can look forward to another 7+ years of him...yipee.

The Green Bay Packers are scary. Hopefully someone (Dallas Cowboys) can beat them in the playoffs so we don't have to figure out who will cover Nelson, Jennings, Driver, etc. I like Rodgers (and the Pack a little). Rodgers is having the best QB season in NFL history. He's already clinched a spot in Canton.

I feel Ravens and Steelers are the only teams that can hang with them. Both Defenses would slow Rodgers down but not stop him completly. Joe has proven he can hang and come back and so can Ben. Saints would have to travel to GB and Idk if they can play in those conditions. I have noticed the Bears D are the only team in the NFC that really gives the packers problems when they face off. They rush 4 and drop their LBs in zone. I think the Ravens D is better then the Bears and more physical. Plus when we go to superbowl Ed and Ray will step up and play out of this world. I truely believe our Defense with the leadershp we have and our style could be the only one that could beat them in the superbowl. And us leaning on the run and controlling the clock with Rice. Yea baby. If we play them like we played PITT week 1 then no one could beat us

Nah.. Its not really an accomplishment to be on the way to the perfect season.. Not really an accomplisment to have the maybe best qb of all time in a single season. They may have played a lot of weak to average teams, but you know what? They beat them every time. How can you say they are not good? Lets see them actually loose a game before starting talk like that.
You cannot say they are not good, and I do not think anyone is saying that, but until they beat a few (not just 1) elite teams with tough defenses, it will be hard to accept them as the top notch team.

What? Lmao theyre the defending unbeaten Superbowl champions. The only time they trailed in a game this whole year was last week. Rodgers threw like 3 passes to put them in field goal range in less then 30 seconds. They are the top notch team

And you'd know that how? The Packers have not faced any real pass defenses to date. They've played one team with a pass D in the Top 10, 1 in the top 20 and the rest? Below that. Talk to me when they face a REAL defense.

So how are they better now? Still the same team.

The D plays decent at home, but on the road, they still are below average, and last I checked they would have to go @GB.

Yes, but I understand why some people are not ready to hand them thier next ring. They are the defending champs, which is a title worth huge bragging rights and deserving of respect. But how many defending champs came back and won it again the next year? They are headed for 16-0 but they still ahve 4 more games, and anything can happen. Then they get to the playoffs, where anything can happen. Then they get to play the best of the AFC for the title again where anything can happen. That is a long road filled with peril. They do not have the title again yet and a number of teams do have a bit of a say as to whether or not they get it.

No one on that team has a big S on his chest. They can be beaten. Then again, maybe not.

Hey, freezy found a buddy....

Packers had the 13th hardest schedule based on SOS at the beginning of the year. Just for the record, Ravens had the 31st. Of course, this all changes when teams like San Fran do 180's and vice sersa, but just felt this was relevant here.
First off I don't care what the paper said about how hard there schedule was. its not no ones fault that the teams they played this year ain't as good as they were last year.... last year is last year. No paper is gonna tell me that facing the steelers twice a year that was in the superbowl, the jets that were in two back to back AFC championship games, the Colt and chargers is the 31st rank schedule. As of now it looks like they had the 31st and we had the 13th. They are the defining champ they should have the top 5th hardest schedule 13th ain't nothing.. they not even in the top 10 man. Personally I can care less as long we keep winning that all that matter because if we play them in the superbowl we will beat them.

What do you think I meant by "Of course, this all changes when teams like San Fran do 180's and vice versa"? It just baffles my mind that people think a 19 game win streak with a SB sandwiched in the middle isn't a dominating football team. In fact, its hilarious!!!
