don't put too much stock in what the colts did against the patriots, almost all of that was in garbage time against the worst pass defense in the league. the colts can't run the ball for anything and they have orlovsky(sp?) at qb now who doesn't have the chemistry with the receivers that painter did. all that said there is no easy win in the nfl, every game matters

I agree totally (not that it really matters what I think though). The game was nowhere near as close as it seemed. Patriots treated it more like a preseason game. Still one can't take any team lightly. The competitive edge in the NFL is razor thin across the board.

Ravens already did that once. Last year they had purple towels for the home game against the Steelers. A lot of people hated them to begin with...and then when the Steelers came back and won people left them all over the stadium. Probably not going to be well received.

I'm sorry for posting on this thread but I just joined and don't seem to be able to start a new topic. I'll get the hang of this soon I hope. I am trying to find out the answer to something bugging me for a while. What is the name of the song played at the stadium at Ravens games before the game starts that has whistling like in a western movie then a lady voice, then male voice. It has a distinctive whistling at the start of the song. It is really bugging me and I thought someone here could help. Sorry to post about such a mundane thing but if someone can help I would very much appreciate it!

When Painter almost beat Carolina he got benched. When Orlovsky almost beat the Patriots ????? Maybe they dont wanna win any games?

The PATS defense also sucks. Colts did a good job keeping tom brady off the field but our defense can generate turnovers and get the ball to our offense

I think that the Colts are capable of scoring 21 points on us, but the important thing is that we are capable of scoring 42 on them. Their scores will come in the 4th quarter after we have an insurmountable lead.

Yeah yeah orlovsky had a big day against NE, but their entire defense is horrible. Vince Young also looked good against them for the most part.

also, if WE as fans want to take indy lightly, that doesn't mean that the team will. They all know what is at stake, and that one loss to a bad team could mean wildcard..again.

Anyway, as long as we go out and play our game..run the ball, wear them out. We should it should be a decisive victory for us.

We also had Kyle Boller...so I'm not too worried about pulling one of those. They have made their "Suck for Luck" campaign pretty obvious, they don't want a win to get the next Peyton Manning.
