The best suggestion I heard, was on the Bulldog show. Purple jersey, black pants (instead of the white ones). I love that!

I think our jersy colors are just right. no need to mess with it, good idea but umm...... no. the purple jersey black pant combo was used in 1996, stopped in 1997 as i was told by David Modell in 2001 he said the players did not like it. I did like it and hope it makes a comeback, btw the White jersy black pants combo is whats up, ( also used in 1996) cant stand white jersy and white pants it looks soft imo.

I've said it before, the colors we have are perfect. Even after oppsing teams leave they still have black and purple (bruises) all over them. Yellow is for the Steelers otherwise you might see those stupid yellow towels in Baltimore and cant you just hear the steeler fans then.

and someone on this thread mentioned something about white helmets in the offseason and had a picture for their avatar.. It looked pretty cool.
