Why would you let every player have a chance to prove himself? This isn't peewee league where everyone gets to play. The idea is to win. The only idea is to win. If letting some guys sit gets that done, then so be it.

Because there is a lot of hidden gems in the NFL. Brady is only where he is today because Drew Bledsoe got injured, so he got the chance. And im not talking about you need to bench someone like Ed Reed because the backup safety needs to get a chance, im talking about everyone getting some garbage time during the season, not just deactivating the same players through the entire season

We haven't had a lot of garbage time recently to let those guys play. Lately its been close up to the last minutes of the 4th quarter. While rationally, I understand what you mean, (we might not know of Torrey Smith's value had Evans not hurt his ankle) sensibly you use the known quantity.

I'd rethink the whole special teams approach.....from playing Jimmy on it to kickoff coverages it's been a weak facet of our team this year.

You have to give Cam some credit for that, a rookie QB will not have as good a year as Flacco had without some above average playcalling by Cam. So it was not ONLY talent that did it for us

Id promote mcphee to fulltime de and move suggs back to olb. Suggs is very versatile and doesent need to pass rush every play.

Biggest change of the future would be to Hire Norv Turner as OC after he is fired by the Chargers ....

If I were Head Coach at the very least I would have benched my Co-Ordinator and begin calling plays myself in the Jaguar game and the Seahawk game because neither game was out of hand for the team to just abandon the run.........

I would make sure every player on the team gets some playing time and game experience to the maximum extent possible. There have been situations this year when we could have rested some of our veterans and given the younger guys some valuable experience. This is epecially important for the QB position but is also important for the other positions. I think the coaching staff has done a better job of substitution and rotation in the last two games and it has helped us to win both games. The last thing I would do is to fire Cam Cameron.

Two of the games we lost this year we lost due to poor execution and poor preparation. That is the primary responsibility of the Head Coach, not the offensive coordinator.
