Yes, I think it's included. If you click on the link it says it's included. It also says there are limited supplies. I'm guessing it's not included?

Flipping stood in line all night and paid for the TV cause I had a ticket. Go to pick it up from the pickup place. Dude brings out just the TV. Says they didnt ring up the other stuff. I go back to the electronics section and they tell me that the 3D kit isnt included? Im not satisfied.

Here comes the over glorified supervisor. Yeah it doesnt have a red plus on the top saying it comes with it. I say why would it be placed on that ad and say "A $149 Value"? and why would your store sell a 3D bundle with no means of watching it. "I dont know but Im not sure if you are supposed to get it or not". I said "So youre in charge and you are selling electronics and you know nothing about your sales? "Hey man, Im sorry"

Anyways, I said nevermind I aint buying this crap. Bought the LG bundle and saved 400 even after getting a Surround sound. Messed up thing is, the $1800.90 they refunded to my bank account, takes 2 days to clear, so I get my TV, surround sound and didnt get to catch any more deals because of some dummies that cannot read or interpret, and my bank was closed so I couldnt transfer more funds to my checking. I didnt anticipate tying up 3200 dollars for essentially a television lol

Im hoping the LG is a good TV as well. I got the 3D Bundle of theirs

Thats a bummer!! LG is good stuff, though. We have the LG refrigerator with a TV in the door

That sucks, BUT the LG is a fine TV. Not to mention, Sony gives you limited options at the same price point. You're paying for the name. Though, I like Sony... you pay a premium for SONY on the front.

U mean they refunded then sold u the LG? They easily coulda just done an exchange that way it wouldnt have tied up the extra funds..

Or at worse thrown it on a gift card then u could have bought the LG with the gift card

Took your advice, they'll contact me by Tuesday. I made sure to let them know if I am not completely satisfied, I will contact the BBB about their advertisement

yea ive been in retail management for aehile already in my short career... When someone complains... unless its an easy fix or its a potential lost sale the store wont do anything about it.. Ugly truth

well they lost another 600 dollars I was going to spend there because they tied up almost 2000 dollars of my remaining moey

Man, that supervisor sounds like a real piece of work. I confused did you look when they said they pretty much told you they knew nothing about it? That's why I can't do black friday. I remember going to work to EB Games for black friday a few years back and I saw a car get airborne in a crash with a minivan. After that, I said never again.
