Torrey Smiths Limp.

25 posts in this topic

I am sure you all seen it, it happens sometimes, and then he seems to miraculously recovers from it later on. I've seen him limp hardcore a couple times now in games.

Sounds like a bone fragment in his hip floating. It really only explains it because, a bone frag can be an off and on thing depending on if the frag floating around or not. If the frag hasn't moved much in awhile, you can feel 100%, but if it moves or turns, it impedes movement of the muscles.

Either way, I think Torrey will be alright next season after surgery. It isn't that hard to fix. Infact, they probably should do surgery this week tbh if it is a bone frag.

What do you think is going on with Torrey?

It's called cramping, my friend. Its not a 'bone frag in his hip' by any means. I heard stories around preseason that he was cursed with frequent cramping at Maryland, not sure if thats true or not though. He does seem to have something wrong with his hamstrings every few plays, maybe twice a game, and well that leads me to believe the cramping stories.

You ever run full sprint down a football field length distance? Come to a sudden halt.. stand there for 30 seconds, and then do it again? Yeah, if your not conditioned, or if your human, you can cramp easy.

Hope I helped.

Yeah I saw the limp. cramp...tiny tweak...whatever it was, he has time to heal it up before Cleveland.

Our young speedster will be fine.

I saw him limp off after that one play when it happened but he returned and looked ok. Plenty of time to recover from being dinged up after this Thursday win.

His hip?? No, no. Yesterday, he got his ankle twisted or banged his shin when got tackled on that slant play. He was ok after that.

Bone fragment? Say what?

No man. You could clearly see it was a bump, bruise or cramp when he was showing them on the sidelines. He has 10 days to rest it up and get it 100%. Besides, looked fine later on.

So it was a bone fragment? I was thinking it was gene rg384737r9930 mutation and he needed gene therapy in Japan before the next game. That certainly clears things up

Did none of you see the 49er's linebacker either step on, or accidentally kick his ankle after he made that catch? He just got shaken up. He seemed fine by the next series.
