After just really watching the Packers play they keep ARod in shotgun most of the game and under center, even though they barely run the ball, the PA with ARod is still effective. ARod pocket presence is pretty good, seems like whenever the pressure is coming or about to get there, he either gets rid of the ball or scrambles up the pocket. Looking at this game, Detroit had too many opportunities early on to put some points up on the Packers but penalties, Suh, and turnovers has just killed their chances. Suh is an idiot!

There is the Green Bay Defense we all know. 3 Interceptions in this game. Oh no... if the Defense continues playing like this along with the way Aaron Rodgers is playing, they are going to be the most dangerous team in the NFL.

i love the way their recievers always comes back to the ball, and rodgers can just throw it sort of behind the play and the defender has no chance of making a play, only the reciver can, but they expect that and are ready for, if joe done that the reciever would never get to it, their just not at that level with their qb

5 games to go till 16-0, a remarkable feat, even if the 07 Patsies did do it. 19-0 would be perfect though, and I for one am rooting for them to do it.

The next 5 games look like this: @Giants, Raiders, @Chiefs, Bears, Lions

If the Pack can beat the G-Men next week, which I have no doubt about them doing so, and bring the same kind of play against the Lions at home, then they'll easily go 16-0 IMO. I thought the Bears would give them a run for their money, but without Cutler, they won't have enough offense to do so even if the Bears defense somehow breaks the Pack's O.

Some of those penalties were pretty...um...questionable. As for Suh, yeah it was unsportsmanlike but I think he was getting frustrated.

Huh??? You do know that we're trying to reach the SB here ourselves yes??? Why would you want the Pack to go 19-0?

Frustration or not, you have to play the game with brains. Getting frustrated?? Okay, but take it out by sacking the Qb or hitting harder, don't do something as dirty as kicking a player when he is down.

I honestly don't see us making the Super Bowl to be completely unbiased and truthful with you. If we do, then fine, 18-1 with a loss against us would be perfect. But if we don't, I see no problem whatsoever with rooting for them to have a perfect season.

Thank you for the support. As much as I'd love to say we will with certainty make the Super Bowl, I just cannot do so. Inconsistent offense added to questionable OC playcalling usually equals losing games that should be won with ease, but winning games that people say the team has no shot at winning. That describes this team completely. One bad game in the playoffs, and it won't be, "Ah, we'll get em next week. We just let one get away from us because we didn't call the right play at the right time'.... no, lose a game because of the playcalling, and we'll end up done for the year.

18-1 losing to us in the Super Bowl, Flacco throws 6 TDs and outduels Aaron Rodgers.

I'd love to see that happen haha. I just don't see it though. If we do get there, and we do get the win against them, then it will be because of great D and great run game. More probability of that happening than Flacco outdueling Rodgers.

How Ironic would it be if the Packers are 18-0 heading into Super Bowl 46 and the AFC Champion is.... the New England Patriots lol.

I was thinking on a similar note, what if the Packers beat the Giants next week and lose to them in the playoffs? A little reminiscent of their 07 role as well

Truth be told, the Packers were being dominated pretty much until the officials inserted themselves into the game in a big way. Questionable PI calls on Detroit.

Eh, didn't like the feel of this game at all. Felt too much like a set up.

I hope the Giants beat them as well as the Bears.

LOL... what is your dang problem with the Pack? If you think the ejection for Suh was questionable, I suggest getting a pair of glasses. You can buy them for 100 dollars at your nearest Walmart. And if you think that call on Lee was fair (the one that he was getting bulled around by 2 Lions blockers for absolutely no reason at all, and I didn't see him make any kind of contact with them other than trying to get them off of him, which is natural) then you definitely need to assess your eyes.

Just smh bro!!

lol

Your reaction is my biggest problem with the Pack actually.

The Lions held them to 7 pts in the first half.

To answer your question, yes, Lee's was fair. Suh's was fair. Regardless of what is going on on the bottom of the pile or at the end of the play you can't throw a tantrum.

Let's be clear though. Pack was being dominated until some timely penalties changed the momentum of the game in a big way. Right, wrong, doesn't really matter. But no. There is no honest assessment. It's all "ohhhh they can't be stopped!" blah blah blah. Well, yeah they can be stopped. A defense shut them down for an entire half and who knows what would have happened without those penalties.

Bear in mind that the Lions do not even have an elite defense. A solid one, but not top tier.

So yeah. I hope the Giants beat them. I hope Hanie has his rare good game (sometimes he has them) and the Bears beat them. Everyone doesn't have to love the Pack man.
