Monday Night Football?

Sorry if its been discussed.
How come the JAGUARS have 2 monday night games this year at JACKSONVILLE.
They have (no offense to any Jag fans) but probably the worst fans in football. Always getting Blackouts.
I just dont understand how they can have 2 home monday night football games this year and the Ravens have zero.
Is the NFL doing it on purpose by trying to get more people there?
Idk I just looked at their schedule earlier and it baffled me.
