The title is of a drowning turkey. Poor turkey. Poor delicious turkey.

Got a question about brining, but feel free to chime in about special recipies you have for good ole turkey day.

Can I use chicken broth for the brine instead of just a saltwater solution? I recall watching Alton Brown during my starving college days, and I remember him saying something about using broth instead of water for more flavor. I can't remember if he was talking about brine though.

Thoughts?
