If you really want to make this theory work. Put money down on a 'happiness hedge'. Bet San Fran to win. Therefore when you lose (due to bad betting luck), you can believe that you paid money to help the Ravens win.

Ofcourse if the Ravens lose, you still won money.

I took one for the team. With my bad luck I decided to do my part. I picked the 49ers to win. Not because I thought they would win but I usually get close matched games wrong.

I also benched all my Ravens and started all my 49ers in fantasy. Usually my bench players outscore my starters.

My upset was Detroit over GB, shoulda know better =/ I missed the Seattle - Washington game too. Still 14/16 aint bad.

This week sucks though, there are so many games that are coinflips IMO.
