5 by my count.

Lewis, Ngata, Reed, Oher, and Ayanbadejo.

Lewis, Ngata, and Ayanbadejo absolutely deserve it. Reed is borderline but he's still the best safety in the league, just hasn't made a ton of plays... yet. Oher, lol, that's all Blindside votes.

Pretty good list for pro-bowl, but idk if Reed should get it this year. Eric Weddle on San Diego is having a monster year at FS while reed has 2 picks from just 1 game. Oher being voted in is nothing but Shocking lol. Lewis and Ngata are givens for the pro-bowl and Ayanbadejo is doing very well at ST this season.

Whoops! My bad. I didn't think of it.

Oher's movie really seems to get him votes from a lot of people who don't know much about offensive line play. He has played better the past month or so but not at a Pro Bowl level in my opinion.

Yeah that Ayanbadejo pick is way down there and you wouldn't think to look at OL lol.

I think Jacob Hester always gets votes in the fan section but the true best come out when the players and coaches vote. Maybe we'll

Yes, people sometimes forget that this is just 1/3 of the vote.

I think when the coaches and players vote that Leach and Suggs will be selected.

What exactly does Suggs have to do to get in-He's played better than Ray has all year?
Again, this is just the current 1/3 fan vote (there is 5 weeks to go). Also, Ray and and Suggs play different positions and aren't in any competition for Pro Bowl votes with each other.

Most definitely. It also only lists the top vote-getter from each position. I would like to think those guys rank pretty high.

Be in the top ten for sacks. Fans don't care about anything but sacks, picks, and tackles. They could care less about "pressure". He really hasn't made a name for himself as a pass rusher. Yeah, 6 sacks at the halfway point is good, but guys like Jared Allen and Demarcus Ware have 13, in 9 weeks. Even Woodley has more.

Suggs has disappeared in recent weeks.

The Ravens players look familiar every year in the Pro Bowl lol. Ed Reed could have one tackle on the season, and he'd still make it.

I will say this, I'm glad to see players getting their due when they deserve it. I thought for sure Fred Jackson would have been snubbed due to him being on the Bills, and how Michael Oher is there is really surprising considering how many false starts he commits. If anything, Yanda should be going to the Pro Bowl not Oher. Thanks to Cam Rice won't be going to the Pro Bowl this year, Joe I think has a shot this season due to Manning be down with a injury, but I doubt he will make it. The most interesting thing to me is that Ed Reed who has been so quiet this season and hasn't done much is leading his category.

Re: Oher... he's actually playing really well. I haven't heard his name the past few games, meaning he's doing his job. Blindside has been out a while and it didn't help him last year.

I'm sure it did with the fan votes, and he's still unlikely to make the Pro Bowl when its said and done. People recognize his name in a sea of names they don't know and pick him.

That is true, less holding penalties and almost no false starts. I think he was big in the fan votes last year, too, though.

Ed reed definitely deserves to be the top fs, yeah only 2 ints but Nnamdi had 0 last year and only 1 each of the 3 years before that but that doesnt mean he wasnt 1 of the top 2 corners in the nfl. Ed's presence alone is enough to get him in, no QB is throwing within 10 15 yards of him. If stats are what you want we'll probably see it soon, knowing him he"ll end the season with 3 straight games with 2 picks to be tops in ints.

Suggs not being in there is upsetting but not surprising.

Suggs is the best, most complete linebacker in the NFL bar maybe Willis and Lewis. He does it all. Sacks pressures qb hits tackles stops the run holds the edge so not cut backs drops into coverage intercepta gets pass break ups eats two blockers has power moves finesse moves. Hes a leader, he does it all. Tackles for loss two. Hell lead the league in everything except sacks by a primarily pass rushing linebacker. Mark my words. But he will never get the credit he deserves from fans.. the players and coaches vote will be more telling. They SHOULD know what they're talkin about

don´t get me wrong. i think he is huge for us. he just isn´t that impressive statistically. we all know what he brings to the table. but he isn´t as loved as clay matthew demarczs ware or jarred allen (i know allen is a de!) or even harrison or woodley. they all shine by their sack numbers....and that is what the people count!!
its what the ignorant fans count, ignorant as in not understanding different players and what they do. They just look at stats so there ignorant to the rest of a players game. Granted its hard to watch every player so I understand why sack numbers are noticeable, that's why I said suggs will get more votes when the coaches and players vote

Wasn't Oher considered the second best RT in the league during his rookie year? I don't understand what happened to that kid.

He's gone through a long stretch where he hasn't played to that level but I think he's finally found that level of comfort and confidence again at RT. I don't recall a penalty or a sack against him in the past couple of games, at least.

I almost want to pin it on blocking scheme. I bet a lot of the reason our rush offense has fallen off since two years ago is that.
