Wasnt Reed #1 last year?
Out of guys who had returned it more than 12 times, yup. The guy with 12 was Devin Hester.

Anyone who thinks Harbs' job is in danger is sadly mistaken. I stand behind John 100%. He's a good coach and he isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Playoffs in all 4 years (most likely) is pretty impressive. I do agree with the consensus that Cam needs to go though. 5 carries for Ray Rice is flat out ridiculous. I was going off about it at school all day haha.

one of the worst press confences i ever seen in my life he beat around the bush every single question it was enough to make me throw up
if i was him i wouldnt be in a good mood either, he's not throwing anyone under the bus, what is he supposed to say? Cam called a bad game and we should work on the run game when we are down by 2 TDs?

we had to throw it....David Reed is near the top again this year but the past two weeks he's been horrible securing the ball

i never said he should be in a good mood but he never takes any blame we its not like we were down 3 touchdowns 5 carries is not excusable when the 49ers were down to the eagles they got back in the game by running the ball were not the packers patriots the chargers since i became a fan of this team we were always a physical running team the seahawks smash mouthed us yesterday

I will agree Harb needs to get rid of Cam and the Oline coach but I cant say that our ST coach has been the real problem. With the new rules with the kick off its hard to adjust right off the bat. The oline has been terrible for a few years now an we can all see how terrible Cam really is which is why Miami got rid of him an the rest of the teams hes been on.

yesterday the OL played really good, no sure but I think we have a really good OL coach

the special teams has been bad this year, other teams have adjusted and are playing well...the new rules shouldnt be an excuse

I agree we should have had more run plays, but it's not like we ran it well. We're too predictable in general, Flacco is under center on first and second down, then shotgun on third down. We ran it a couple of times out of shotgun and it worked well, I don't understand what they're trying to do. It's like we're either in run run pass mode, or in pass 90% of the time with an occasional run mode.

Man I am as mad as anyone else but to many guys are over reacting. It sucks to lose to a bad team I get it but we just had back to back road games and are 1-1 who would you rather lose to Steelers? I wish we would win every game but it is just not realistic. We are 1/2 game out of first place and no team in the AFC is dominate this year. We will win next week and be in first place. Hopefully we make some changes on preparation for weaker teams. At least if we get to the playoffs there won't be any weak teams to play

What about Anthony Allen? he has good speed and power and probably love to get out there a few times a game. We seriously need to stop using Webb or any of our corners to return kicks, especially when we have WR's who never see the field.

YUP!! I knew it was gonna be bad around here, but I love how people only take the time to harp on something when the team is doing poorly, and it's not even a real something.

John is a terrible coach. Been saying this for at least 2 years now. He is going nowhere. He's our own little version of Andy Ried. Cam isn't going anywhere either. He might not be that good a playcaller but Harbaugh can't do it. He has no idea how to. Unless somebody steps in and forces John to fire Cam,,we own him, unless he quits. But then what will John do? Oy. Obviously JH needs help but it's gonna have to be forced on him.

Well for at least two years, you've been walking around with a rather large foot in your mouth. He has a .667 winning percentage; sorry bud, but terrible coaches don't win the way he has. You want a terrible coach, why don't you email Josh McDaniels and ask him to become our new head coach?

It's ridiculous to talk about getting rid of Harbaugh. I think his explanation is ridiculous and ignores when they stopped running the ball, but lets get real. We are 6-3 in the AFC North. We have been to the playoffs 3 of the last 3 years and have a good shot of not just going, but coming in #1 seed this year. He's not going anywhere, nor should he. Cameron .. well, that's another discussion.

What I am tired of hearing is how we were down and had to throw. Take a look at the game log. Take a look at when we pretty much stopped running. Do you know when it was? 10 minutes into the 1st quarter after our first position, after we ran the ball 4 times, threw twice and had a 9 yard/carry average. This "we had to switch to passing in the second half" stuff is bogus and dishonest.

That has yet to be determined. So far all John has done is choke in very important games. Like i said , Andy R.,,, bud.

Harbaugh no, Rosburg yes.

I don't think you can argue that a coach is "terrible" if he's had 3 winning seasons and 3 playoff berths in 3 seasons.

Rosburg is bad. I don't know much about STs, but I do know that ours is terrible.
you can be a terrible coach and have 3 winning seasons if you have hall of famers and pro bowlers all over the field like the ravens do

Riiiiiight, because out of all 42 games the Ravens have won under Harbaugh, NONE of those were important games. Especially not the 4 post-season wins. Andy Reid has had twelve years with the Eagles. TWELVE. Despite not winning a Super Bowl, he's always put his team in a position to win, and they haven't. I'd rather have twelve years of good chances to win a Super Bowl then twelve years of mediocrity (Hi Lions fans!). Harbs is in his fourth year and you have nut balls coming out of the woodwork saying he's horrible. It's stupid, it's asinine and just knee-jerking falsehood.

Maybe he should have told the reporters today to get those tape recorders up on the podium we got a big loss to talk about, or maybe he should have said congratulations to all the Ravens fans back in Baltimore who jumped off their couch and wanting to choke my [profanity deleted] after Tavaris Jackson held the ball the last 5 minutes of the game and closed out the Ravens defense...Somebody should have also asked him why no gatorade bath again this week in the middle of November unlike last week???

Yeah, "horrible" was to strong. John's not horrible, Clueless is a better description. Don't worry man. FF jr. isn't going anywhere. I and alot of Raven fans are stuck with him. I live near alot of Eagle fans. They would love the Ravens to take FF away from them. I was right about Boller and i'm right about FF jr.
Far as coming out of the woodwork,, Just prefer adult message boards. Don't spend much time here in G rated homerville.

Andy Reid..... One of the best coaches in the game? I call BS to that. Andy Reid can't get the job done and he's the poster boy of never winning the big one. Him and Norv Turner are in the same class to me... Good offensive minds, bad coaches....
If Reid is one of the best, I don't wanna be in that class. The dream team is 3-6, annual playoff chokers...

He was never the right person for the job in my opinion anyway. Last year, when he basically took a shot at people who have cheered for Baltimore football for years(because he didn't like what they were saying) by telling them "maybe they should go find another team to cheer for," that really was the last straw. I'm not surprised by anything that comes from his mouth after that.

Let's face it, this team was going to do better than Billick's last year no matter who they replaced him with, simply because it was someone new. A change of pace. Even Mike Shanahan or Randy Edsell would have done fine their first year with the Ravens. But the bottom line is, Harbaugh has yet to fully deliver what is truly capable by a team with this much talent. Soon, the lack of postseason success and his ridiculous attitude will run just as tired as Billick's ego.

Like the original poster said, perhaps Harbaugh should start directing that attitude towards his players and coaches. Then maybe there wouldn't be these non-showings from the team, and in turn, there wouldn't be questions about the non-showings from the team.

Do you like ANY moves the Ravens make? Seriously, for someone who questions everything and plays armchair GM with only negativity ...maybe you should take Harbs advice. It's like this in every city where fans think they're promised a Super Bowl.... Hell, Bruce Arians/ Tomlin in Pittsburgh gets clubbed weekley too.... Even with 2 Super Bowls. Your act is tired, and your opinions are so overblown it's laughable most of the time. You're really a lost soul if you think Harbs doesn't crack skulls in-house. He's a hardnosed coach, he probably has higher standards then most people even know. When you're winning everyone is happy...When you lose, where your Kevlar.

I saw somewhere that he was second in the league in kick return average before yesterday. Even now, he's top 10 (out of dudes who have returned it more than once) in the NFL. You don't get that yardage by being a dud.
Sometimes those type of stats are deceiving, you have to take into account how often he runs kickoffs 6 yds deep out of the endzone reaching the 20yd line ( that's a 26 yd return rather the a touchback which is equivalent ). His burst seem to back in the Steelers game, sad that Seahawks game occurred the way it did.....
If Reed were returning at level he did last year, even with the Fumbles I think all would be forgiven already..

But let's also remember that Parmele was statistically ranked among TOP 10 kick - returners and he rarely seemed to make impact plays or returns past the 35 yd line.
