Anyone know where I can take knitting lessons ?

I think knitting sweaters might be a nice , relaxing activity to keep me occupied on Sundays.

Or maybe puzzles. Those big ones that take up the whole desk. Hmmm......

The SeaHawks came ready to play... simple as that. Our team, mentally isn't prepared to be elite. We can't handle teams giving us their best shot week in and week out. Though i'm very confident that if those fumbles didn't happen we would have been ok.
maybe, maybe not. Seattle was moving the ball quite well against us even before those fumbles

We are losing 19-7 at halftime. We come back second half...with the ball. Why do we completely abandon the run?

Our running back is not a no name. Its Ray Friggin Rice. Why can't we just hand him off the ball and let him run down the field? Every time he touches the ball he gets a good 5-10 yards. Pile drive the ball, feed him, let him run. 3 downs of Rice is better than 3 downs of Flacco when the passing game is clearly not working.

We lost because we were 1 dimensional. Our defense was worn out -- they played a good game.

We will never win if we abandon the run, or if we abandon the pass..

...or if we turn over the ball and make mistakes like imbeciles.
Well I would have felt more for them had we not lost like that on the last drive. No excuses when you talk all week about how great Lynch is and how you must stop him, only for him to run through and around you on the second drive of the game and through you on the last with the game on the line.

Agree with everything else.

Cam Cameron hands down. All the Proof you need is the fact Rice only had 5 carries compared to Flacco's 52 Passing Attempts!!! 52, there is no reason why Joe had to throw that many times. Cam killed our chances of winning by not letting Rice carry the ball more often. Cam Cameron needs to go now.

Season? What the hell are you talking about? 6-3 is pathetic? Sweeping the Steelers is pathetic? If you want to say this game was pathetic, I have no problem because it was truly pathetic. Same with the other two losses. And I agree that the whole team is to blame. Completely agree....

But we're very much alive still.
This season is pathetic. You act like the loss against the Seahawks is the first loss against a bad team all season.

Jacksonville
Tennessee
and now Seattle.

This is totally inexcusable. Name the last time this team lost to 3 teams in the same season that they shouldn't have. Those wins against Pittsburgh seem pretty much like nothing.

Might as well start counting on Indianapolis picking up the win. Luckily this team doesn't play below .500 teams in the playoffs or this team would be one & done.

The defense didnt look good, but the Seahawks were in excellent position off of the Reed fumbles to put points on the board, and they did with the field goals.
oh I agree, but Seattle was still moving the ball well against us also Rice only having 5 carries for 27 yards does not help either. Like someone else said, plenty of blame to go around

Lol. Since when has Flacco been a quarterback to pass 52 times?

Now, we're 6-3 with a REAL chance of being 6-4 next week. And Joe did overthrow and underthrow balls the whole game but the receivers dropping balls didn't make it better.

None of Marshawn's runs were fancy. He just keeps going forward.

Everyone laughs when I say the Ravens could trade Ray Rice away for huge compensation in picks or players at other positions. And they would also avoid having to give him a new contract.

But what Marshawn Lynch does... Ray Rice will never be able to do. He can't run through people. He can only get big runs if he's never touched. In the NFL, it's hard as a running back to get many plays where you're never touched. Sure, Rice is great as a receiver, but he's a runner first. Lynch got plenty of carries, and he would always get at least 2 or 3 yards because he can power through contact. This isn't bad tackling... it's just the law of physics. On top of that, Ray Rice isn't exactly a good blocker.

I'm sorry but if you're going to blame the DEFENSE, I have to speak up. They gave up... ONE TOUCHDOWN! How in the world can you hold them responsible for playing PERFECT? That's not fair. How about hold the offense accountable for not being able to score more than 17 points? Hold them accountable for their number 1 job which is.... DON'T TURN THE BALL OVER. And then of course, Harbaugh and his special teams... same rule applies. DON'T TURN THE BALL OVER.

I can't blame the defense for not being perfect, being sabotaged by the rest of the team AGAIN. Seattle's average starting field position was IN RAVENS TERRITORY. PAST MIDFIELD.

Blame anyone you want... as long as it's not the defense. I mean, I've told you how I feel about Chris Carr... and it was clear today who Seattle was going after when they did pass. But still, don't blame the defense!

He's about the 5th or 6th person/unit down the line to blame here, but whatever...

You can't even make that excuse. BR.com made so many blogs about ignoring w/l record, giving it your best, ect.
Huh? that's not an excuse. I consider that the truth, it's why we aren't elite, because we can't handle teams playing us as if we're elite. We aren't as good as we wish that we were. No excuses here.

Harbaugh himself needs to be talked to. He stays with guys way to long, good or bad. After last week, and the start today he should have never had Reed return the 2nd kick. He is starting to remind me of Billick with Boller. Know when to cut the ties and let folks go.

If a Ravens team needs a trick play to score against the seahawks then you need to rethink your offensive play calling as well. If you need to bring in D'line guys and still cannot run the ball in from 1st and 2nd and goal then re-think the O'line once again. Something is not working.

The whole team.

What a pathetic season.

I'm starting to think that I don't even really care if we make the playoffs this year. If not, changes will be made. If we do, does anyone really think that our inconsistent offense can rally through the playoffs to the SB against the best teams in the league? No playoffs means Cam Cameron is fired. Playoffs means he will more than likely stay unless we have another meltdown like the Steelers game last season.

We need to make an example of somebody to show this team that their play against atrocious teams is not acceptable. Cut David Reed, fire Cam.... do something. Shake em up. We cannot carry on the course that we're currently on.

I blame John Harbaugh for not benching Reed after the first fumble and Unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. I blame David Reed for being a horrible football player. That guy needs to just retire. I blame Billy Cundiff for missing field goals.

well the three turnovers didnt really help, our d couldnt stop lynch, we couldnt get any pressure on jackson, billy cundiff has been really disappointing this season, and with all the big name players we had, none of them were able to make a big play. oh and we through the ball over 50 times...-__- are you serious, im a fan of joe flaco, but suggs said it right again jax. we have a pro bowl rb, why isnt he getting his carries?

Yes Joe was way off and some dropped balls. Good teams win some lose some, great teams find ways to win...Our fumbles happen early enough. Our running game....end a rounds that's our run game this week. Cam is not good for this team most agree with that, But our HC seems to let our guy's kinda relax to much. What we get pumped for Pitt games or better teams and then we do crap like this with below avg. teams. Any given Sunday.....Yeah OK as I said in other post save that crap or tell our players to stop crying about respect. This is the NFL either come to play or shut up and loose.....we chose to loose! Better figure it out Coach.

We can't play week to week. It's not feasible with the team we have right now. We can't go week-to-week.
This team will never have a perfect record in any way, shape, or form.
Next week is going to be very tough, but not impossible. I'd like to say we're the favorites for sure, fired up after the loss.

I doubt the Colts could beat us by the way. Did you see their ABYSMAL performance against the Jaguars at home?
That's a team with no heart at all. They can't win it. And if they do beat us, by then we would be begging to see the offseason.

Moral of our season so far is, we play crappy teams we play crappy, we play good teams and we play good. I can't blame any single player, even though Reed could take all the blame, but it's a team effort and the defense could only do so much. I mean it could of been ten times worse with those turnovers, and they only held them to field goals. Yeah they let Lynch run wild as well.

They better get their acts together come next week, or it's going to be a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng day AGAIN!!
BREAKING NEWS.... The Pittsburgh Steelers just signed the entire Colts team in an effort to beat the Ravens in the 2011 playoffs. lol..

D Reed
Cundiff
Cam/Harbs
Defense (yes, they held them to 5 FGs, but do get some of the blame)
Dropped balls by receivers, AGAIN!
Flacco with the INT (played well overall, but putting him in here for sake of not looking like a Flacco homer)

IN THAT ORDER!

that certainly did not help, but Seattle was moving the ball up and down the field all night too. Our defense could not get off the field and played poorly IMO. At least Webb looked good
Well we barely did anything on offense and the D is always on the field, what do you expect to happen? they're gonna get tired man

sick of the blame game. everyone needs to step up every week, not just the "tough teams." its the NFL, anyone can win any week. We just haven't played near our potential every game like we should.

there you go!
