Bears Vs Eagles Monday Night Football

Im thinking this is going to be a really good game. The Eagles need this win pretty badly to maintain any hopes of making the playoffs.

Bears Win after the Eagles had a 4th Quarter lead and blew it, it was their 4th time blowing a 4th quarter lead. Dream Team..... CRUSHED!

Bears 30
Eagles 24

Bears go to 5-3 while the Eagles fall to 3-5.

forte is a monster but the eagles front seven is horrendous.. yes they can get sacks but there is more to it than that and that is why they are in the situation they are in

Time to stick a fork in the Eagles? I say yes. They still see the Giants, Pats, Jets, and Cowboys.

I agree, the Eagles are pretty much finished..... 3 back in the losses... Yikes. I had a buddy at work tell me yesterday that the Eagles are the second best team in the NFC... I LOL'd pretty good and went on a long spree of hammering him into a pulp with FACT.... He kept saying ... they beat themselves every game and nobody beat them fair and quare....completely discounting what the team did on the other side of the ball to capitalize..... He is NOW the laughing stock of my team, I had loot on it too..... HAHAHA

Guy on tv before the game said he expected to see the Eagles and Packers in the NFCCG. Funny how huge the swing of opinions on this team has been. There's just no way, without winning out, that they can make anything of this season.

Giants just clinched the NFC East with that loss. I don't think Dallas and Washington will be able to prevent the Giants from winning the division. I wonder if this means Andy Reid will be a candidate to be fired at the end of the season now.

I don't think there is anyway to defend him after this season.

It really pissed me off when nfl.com tried to pass them off as the second best team in the NFC just last week. I said they'd have to actually go on that winning streak before I crown them. I was never sold on this team once the season started.

It makes one think that not signing Asomugha was a blessing.

Good thing you brought this up, how do you think he feels, he leaves Oakland to go try to win a ring and yet the same thing is happening again that happened in Oakland. Now considering his other options of Dallas, who isn't doing well either, and the Jets it seems Aso would have landed on a bad team and might have been better off staying in Oakland.

We see this a lot with the top players...they sign the big contract and are are supposed to be the big game changer and then the big letdown... T.O has been a big example of this.

He heard the money talk...I think staying in Oakland was a better option looking at them today.

I dont know if I would call Asomugha a letdown. He has been adjusting to the Eagles defense, which has been a struggle because he has to play a lot more zone coverage and lot less man coverage. The letdown has been the rest of the Eagles defense. The d-line is getting a lot of sacks, but they are struggling against the run, and the linebackers have been awful for the most part.

Yea, it is crazy.... they haven't beat a team with a winning record . I basically said the Giants shouldn't be concerned with them until the Eagles get a game or so above 500.... it might not even happen. I also stated that the 9ers , Saints, Lions, Bears, Falcons, and more...... are all better then the Eagles.
