I agree...we don't get into the NFL's elite rankings until we win games like last night...

We have a chance to redeem ourselves against the Titans who are next up and well respected around the league...I just read the rankings and the Titans are number 2 so there ya go...

This weekend separates the men from the boys, so to speak.

Maybe thats a good thing. Flying under the radar has always served us well...why not let it rock?
maybe but we dont really deserve to be that low
We are ranked 12th. Thats the better half of the league. What more do you want?

I dont understand why this fusterates every one.

I like being the underdog.
I hate bandwagon and fair weather fans.
I dont care who respects us. I actually prefer we not, that way we catch every one off guard.
Rankings be dammed. Let the standing and stats tell the tale.

I agree, it is what it is, Us baltimore fans know what our team is and what we can do.. We know what happened in last nights game.. Why do we need to be talked about on ESPN and other stupid TV stations that just DONT matter? I like being under the radar because it gives our guys something to prove week after week.. Thank god for MASN!!!!=]

We jumped 3 spots from last week despite the loss and are now in the top half on the rankings. Sure that number could be higher but who would have predicted we were going to be in the top half with a 2-1 start?

Plus the NFL ranking had us drop down a spot from 11 to 12. It's not always about the number...

Well, the Steelers certainly don't deserve to be 5th if we're 14th.

And while I agree, that flying under the radar usually works for us (2006), and big expectations don't (2007), I'd like to see the Ravens get a little respect (on tv and stuff, I think top 15 on power rankings is pretty good for us, hopefully we'll move up after a few games).

It's funny, we did not look like a good team out there, yet you think we should be top ten? We all get excited because Flacco has showed us that he could be good one day, something that we've never seen before out of a young quarterback. There is a difference between us watching the game and an objective viewer seeing a team with a rookie qb looking like a rookie, a head coach making mistakes and a team choking in the clutch. Why should we move up into the top ten?

In case anybody wants the link.

I don't mind seeing us at 14. I would disagree with the Steelers at 5. They beat up a crappy Houston team, then barely eked by against the Browns. Got killed by the Eagles. And of course, needed us to beat ourselves to notch a win against us.

How that merits 5th, is unseen by me.
