If you could give a speech to the team before Sundays match, what would you say? And what would be the first play you call?

I would bring in Edwin Mulitalo to do his war dance thing for the pregame, then I would call a 2TE set with Leach and Rice in the backfield, then throw to Boldin (our only WR on the field) in 1-on-1 coverage.

Suggs and RL52 will tell them how much this game is important for the season. How much they gotta win and how hard it is to win on this field of battle Heinz Field.

First play, I'm pretty sure the Steelers will send a zone blitz to stop the run or play-action. So I'd go with a medium route to the TE like a skinny post right at Ryan CLark you gotta take Troy Polamalu by dragging him with Rice or Boldin.

So...

Torrey Smith : Deep Route
Q : Drag in front of the LBs to keep em busy
Rice : Flat route
Leach : Blocking
Dickson : 10-12 yards option route in/out depending on coverage

If Torrey seems to have an edge... go but the protection won't hold very long
They have to keep an eye on Boldin (he's on fire) and Rice (Run formation, 1st down, receiving threat)
That could help Dickson getting open and its a quick throw

nothing needs to be said, all the players know this is more than likely going to decide the division and homefield advantage, if they come out flat i will question the heart and will to want to win

first play-offense- straight up the middle with leach blocking for rice. start out hitting them in the mouth and let them know, if they are gonna win, they are gonna be hurting afterwards.
