Ok that made me laugh but if it is just a special teams role with the chance of being a #3 WR...I'd probably take a shot on him if he was only getting the league minimum. Assuming Bernard Berrian plays special teams which I still am not sure of.

It'll be a special teams guy I am pretty sure, that's what Burgess was and we need someone to fill his role. Plus besides the offense it's the area that is struggling the most, we are letting up big returns and not having much returns ourselves. It probably won't be an offensive player, there isn't really an easy plug in fix we can get for that just have to do better with our guys.

Hopefully Josh Bynes, if not could be someone like Hank Baskett.?? It will be a special teams guy i hope as our ST is terrible. When cundiff doesnt kick touchbacks i get nervous when they run it out, and punt returns aswell. Hopefully we just bring in a nice ST guy. Or hopefully whoever we sign isnt as good as kindle so my boy Sergio can get some game time!!

Ravensinsider posted on twitter earlier that it won't be Josh Bynes. I thought he would be the guy as well.

But since he isn't even on our practice squad and without a job. I can't see us bringing him to the active roster.

Lofa Tatupu? I would love for it be be Bynes but it's not. probably will be someone no has guessed in all honesty. The F.O. doesn't often go in the direction we predict (bigger name players). I do predict it will be an LB who can play special teams.

The Ravens have always had a pseudo love affair with Edgar. No surprises here. I still thought he was on the Redskins roster.

I've always liked Edgar Jones for some reason. Nothing flashy, but he plays multiple positions and is an alright ST guy. I figured it would be him once I heard about the open roster spot. It just made the most sense.
