I am pretty sure Tomlin is looking at that too
probably...but i doubt it!

what Tomlin is looking at is ALL the other games that our WRs couldn't get seperation from the DBs and therefore, i expect the steelers to play tons of man to man press coverage on our WRs. that is why i mentioned the TEs in volvement.

Ugly first half by B-More. A Pitt rout early 20-0. Rice fumbles twice (one recovered) and Flacco throws an interception. No 1st downs during the first half and there is a mysterious fire at M&T Bank Stadium...

During halftime, Ray Lewis gives Flacco and the entire Offense shots to the gut.

Ravens win 31-23.

I'm none too worried about the last two games... our D has never wavered and our offense is finally starting to figure it out. We get up for big games, which this one is. We'll be ready.
You should be worried about the last two games. Your offense has been one of the worst I have ever seen in 6 out of the last 8 quarters of play and the D wasn't impressive given the opponents.

No blow-out this game. Gonna be another nose breaking battle on the front lines with a final score that has a point differential of 3-5. But of course, Ravens win! :D

We better win because Im repping the Ravens gear every day at work this week!

I feel you on that counting down the days until its only hours away cant wait going to be a solid game from both teams i dont expect alot of turnovers just solid defense. If woodley and harrison are in fact out run run play action.

Well no actually because we beat you the first game at the ketchup field where Flacco orchestrated the winning drive. And seriously, hariball coming in untouched is hardly all on Flacco. O line, O line, O line and botched assignments which they even said after the game. Not to mention the utter ridiculousness of that call at that point in the game in our own end (thank you Cam) since your O was doing nothing. As for the playoff game while Flacco threw an INT, the fumble was not on him nor the botched snap. So no, I don't consider that Flacco "folded" last December in either of those games nor that the playoff debacle was mainly on him either.
He still didnt make enough plays in the 2nd half when he had a 14 point lead in the playoff game. As for the game in December the Ravens got the ball back after the Redman TD that made it 13-10 and Flacco had a horrible last series there bouncing a ball to a wide open Ed Dickson on 4th and 2 that would have been a 1st down and probably would have at least tied the game for the Ravens. Elite type QB's dont make throws like that in critical division games in December when the division title and a bye week in the playoffs are on the line...

Do you read over what you're writng before posting it? The defense has been lights out in every game except the Titans game. We're #1 in yards and points allowed for a reason.

My prediction?..............Sunday's game will balance the scale with a decisive win by the Steelers.

I have to admit that the Ravens got screwed by a couple BS calls lately in Roger Goodell's effort to make the NFL in to the Nice Football League. Imagine what it was like last year watching it all unfold with the Steelers as the whipping boy for Goodell? You can bet Goodell will be watching close to see if anybody is mean to each other
Decisive? As in dominating? We could lose this game but I don't see any scenario offensively or defensively that would have the Steelers dominating.

I hope Wallace17_OutRunMe comes back here after this game to talk about how the Ravens beat the Steelers IN Pittsburgh IN November. What will you say then? What will your excuse be then? We have 6 super bowls and the Ravens dont? Haha Why are you even here. No one cares what you have to say. Go troll somewhere else.
26-21 Ravens win!

You keep bringing up 2010 games as if they mean anything for this matchup. Different year, different teams, get a hold of yourself.

Yeah, you're right, it was two months ago. The Ravens have moved on from it. Already said that.

I will come on here and give the Ravens credit for beating the Steelers is what I will do...No matter who wins this game on Sunday neither team is completely going away. The Ravens are still going to have to deal with the Steelers possibly again in January and vice versa.

Just pointing out how Flacco has big problems making plays against elite teams like the Steelers at the end of the game when everything is on the line. He beats the mediocre to bad teams like Arizona and so forth but if you look at Flacco and the way he has performed against the top notch teams in both the regular season and the playoffs it has not been very good at all.

Yea and he did and he <didn't do well> in the other two games he played against the Steelers that had playofff and win or go home implications involved in them...Flacco is still not an elite QB in this league not until he can get over the hump and make it to the Super Bowl. Ill say the samething about guys like Rivers as well. You can put up all the great stats and numbers you want but if you dont and step up in the big games come playoff times like the Rodgers, Brady's,Manning's,Brees and Roethlisberger's do time and time again you just will not be considered an elite QB that knows how to win the big games...

What determines a top-notch team? W-L record? If I had enough time, I can pull together a compilation of Flacco's performances in so-called "big games" and against "elite teams". It's something I've been interested in, as well.

Big Ben sucked in the opener and was awful I have no problem in admitting that. But my point is guys like Big Ben,Rodgers,Brady,Brees,Manning they all step up and play great in the big big games more then they dont. Joe Flacco has yet to do that in the playoffs where it really counts not in week 1 of the season...

Actually, Manning has routinely struggled in the "big games", but I do, unfortunately, agree with you in the rest. Although, I will say, Flacco is still a young QB in this league.

Actually, Joe played great in the KC game. Unfortunately to some people the only games that count for Flacco are games against the best defenses.

You make a good point with Manning struggling in big games but the point is Manning has been to 2 Super Bowls and won 1 of them,Brady came into the league right away and won 3 Super Bowls and has played in 4 total,Roethlisberger has played in 3 Super Bowls and won 2 of them and won his 1st in only his 2nd season. And Aaron Rodgers has already won 1 Super Bowl and it looks like this season he is definitely at the very least going to be on his way to getting back to another one and potentially winning 2 in a row. Flacco right now I would say is in the same category as Matt Ryan,Mark Sanchez, and even someone like Phillip Rivers. They are all still young and has been to the playoffs and won some games but they still have not gotten over that hump and made it to a Super Bowl and won it,,,

Honestly, I don't see Harrison as a big loss for the Squeelers. They've been doing just fine without him. But if they have him, Farrior and Woodley out, that'd be huge. But I won't make a prediction. We need to be prepared for every possible outcome. Our O-Line has to give Flacco time. This game decides the winner of the AFC North.

Defensive battle of field position. Suggs owns Ben in his own end zone.

RAVENS 2
Steelers 0 F

Both QB's have over 500 yards passing lol
