Who would you like as a OC if Cam gets fired? Now be reasonable. We can only get coaches that are head coaches and presently on the hot seat or position coaches that we can promote. Look what Mike shula has done with Cam Newton. He's been doing work like that most of his career. Everywhere he's gone the QB has flourished. Much like a Ted Marchabroda, who in my mind was the best OC ever in the history of the game.
