Yeah he did and somebody stepped on his foot and basically re-injured it. Hopefully he's wearing a steeltoe this time.

It also looked like Pollard was putting some sort of arm brace on when Suggs was getting interviewed post game.

Just IR Lee Evans and sign T.O. Please!
People really need to stop saying this. And if Lee isn't on the IR, I don't believe that he isn't a possibility to play.
We need production from the third receiver spot because LaQuan isn't ready yet. What happened to Doss and D. Reed? But I think T.O. would be a good player. He still had 1000 yards last year in like 13 games.

We don't need a cancer on the team like him, especially to come in midseason. Plus, he's 37. Who knows how much time and production he even has left? The Ravens are building a future, and TO is not and never will be a part of that. He probably doesn't even want to play here...

I think Evans is the new Gaither but anyway i was so hopeful that Grubbs would be back this week. I kind of took Evans as a wash after week 3. You wim some you lose some and the Evans deal was a loss.

Ugh. One, T.O. isn't coming to this team so stop mindlessly clamoring for it! Two, no NFL player in this league is at 100%. Not one. Every guy in the NFL is hurt or injured somewhere. The severity levels wax and wane during the year, but none of these guys are 100% free and clear from it. It comes down to how much the individual guy can play through the pain of his particular injury and how much the medical staff is willing to let them see what they can do with said injury. I don't want Grubbs coming back early and becoming Deion Sanders and never playing another down again. No way. We deal with what we have and hopefully that stupid turf toe injury finally goes away. Grubbs is a great talent with a lot of years left and I don't want him rushing it.

Well I have not given up hope on lee we are halfway through the season. I am no podiatrist but I know there are rarely injuries of the ankle that last 8 weeks other than a break, I have a feelin we are gettin close.

As for Grubbs we need him back but it all depends on the cost. I am not mortgaging his career for one game, that is stupid no matter how you add it up.

That being said I have already said it but 10 years ago these guys would have played the next week or so.

Just a note on this; I'm not a doc but I know through personal experience that there are cases where severe ankle sprains take much longer to heal than a broken bone and can also be a chronic problem .

Bernard Berrian anyone? We don't need a T.O. but pretty much anyone who can get open on anything besides a 9 route. I would've even welcomed TJ or Stokley back.

Lee Evans is needed desperately in this offense. Has his ankle been classified as a sprain? I know high ankle sprains can take forever, but Harbaugh is being cagey with Evans' injury status.

In terms of Grubbs, I would like to see him rest unless he's 100%. Our OL has been playing better than it seems and personally I think we can afford to rest Grubbs.

I can agree with that, but these guys have physical therapy, scoped surgeries, and medical care better than your typical HMO's. I am not going to assume you could/or could not afford, but was it what grubbs is getting.

I know the school of thought there is only so much they can do, but what they can do to what I personally get for medical is probably not in the same universe.

I don't know, I mean I don't want a career hindering injury for him, but to say we can afford it remains to be seen. Now if woodchuck and Harrison are truly injured than I am sure we could but again we wont know until Sunday. and that is way to close for an effective judgement to be made.

It's good to see some progress for Grubbs, but Evans is not a suprise. When a guy says that he "hopes to be back sometime this season," that suggests that it's possible that he might not come back at all this year.

More concerning is the fact that Ngata missed practice.

Doesn't matter. The ankle is a very complex joint and has a lot connective tissue that can be damaged.

I'm sure my care was no near as intensive as Evans has received, but it was very good.(does work for the O's organization). No matter the treatment, if severe, could be chronic in some way for life.

More importantly, we need Grubbs this week in the worst way. A good sign today with him practicing. This game is pretty much the key to the rest of the campaign.

Hopefully he's just nicked and resting. Nothing reported after the game which could be a good sign

LaQuan Williams isn't ready but Pitta can also play 3rd receiver for us. Dude was straight nast last week at the "3rd receiver" spot. His hands...I'm speechless.

Would you consider changing your "PANIC" button to an "EASY" button? Could come in handy!
