Why the Harbaugh hate? Harbaugh is a better coach than anyone else we would get in his place, Cam is the one that needs to go. He is an absolutely horrible offensive coordinator. At times I feel like he is just a secret defensive coordinator for whatever team we are playing. Flacco cannot grow as long as Cam Cameron is in Baltimore, he is ruining Flacco.

Also Ray Rice had 8 carries last night...Cam should be fired for that fact alone. What kind of idiot doesnt use their best player on offense? Thats like having Randy Moss as your receiver and not throwing the deep ball.

All in all Cam needs to go, screw letting him go in the off-season do it now, if we want to win the superbowl we cannot let this man ruin our team.

I disagree 100%. He is in charge of that unit. He has got to make the adjustments. They were jamming the receivers at the line, yet zero adjustment. Where in the hell were the TEs? you know, those two young guys we drafted? Why in the hell, on hte second to last drive, while in dire straights, are we waiting for Cam to get the call in so the offense can get to the line with 5 seconds left? Why is there zero tempo or urgency on offense all game? Why does our best play maker get 8 freaking carries? These are coaching issues. Was the line great? No. Were the WRs great? NO. Was Cam even close to being effective last night? Hell no. Pathetic.

If Cam is let go, I would guess that Brad Childress would be brought in since he worked with Harbaugh in Philadelphia so they are familiar with one another.

No one can really say for sure, and that is the problem. Might a new OC make a smooth, easy transition or could he try to radically change everything to suit his own gameplan in order to rip the bandaid off, so to speak?

The Ravens are still statistically a top ten scoring offense, I think (but I'm not positive), they could still possibly win their division if they get it together and beat Pitt again, and there is no bye week left to cushion the blow of a coaching change. I really can't see them doing anything about Cam until the offseason unless the Ravens are eliminated from the playoffs.

cam is great at adjusting .problem is it doesn't happen till half time or more often than not the following game.how about the fluidity of that no huddle offense last night . as fast as tree sap under the affects of gravity.

I just looked at the updated Playoff Standings and the Ravens would be OUT of the playoffs right now. I know it would be nice to make the playoffs 4 years in a row, but if missing the playoffs is what it takes for the Front Office to Fire Cam Cameron than so be it!

cams playbook on the side lines looks like the novel war and peace no wonder the calls come in with 10 seconds till the play clock runs out even gruden commented last night on the play call sheet and its size.Harbaugh needs to demand a no huddle offense for the next two games .they sure need the practice

Yes, please fire this wretched OC. He was good back in the day, but the fact he could only call for four different plays on Monday is a disgrace to the team. I know they're better than this, they have young weapons, and Joe Flacco CAN make a pass if he didn't have to throw into an offense directed to play into the man coverage. I've been defending Cam, and I really don't want seem like I'm hoppin on the bandwagon, but after the past couple games, he's been absolutely awful. It's time for him to go! Unfortunately, we can't really replace him until the offseason. But when we hand the ball of to Rice only 8 times, and never even attempt to actually establish the running game, something is very wrong. Its been evident that our offense only works when we are able to run the ball. We can't rely on the pass game alone.
