Let's show Harbaugh we're not happy about him costing us countless games because he has no idea how to play call. Seriously fire him and get Billick or someone else, anyone. Doubt he'll ever see this but what the hey.

o-line was the big issue last night. Not sure why everyone is all up Cam's [profanity deleted]. We didn't get a first down until mid 3rd qtr or whatever. Ray fumbling didn't help and our receivers were jammed at the line every play.

I am not defending Cam, I wouldn't mind him being CUT but he was not the biggest problem last night.

Absolutely no game plan adjustments. We tried nothing on offense when we couldn't get anything going. Why would you not try a hurry up at least mid way through the 3rd quarter to set their D back on their heels a bit and try to get some rhythm going on offense? We didn't even try to use our TEs until the 3rd quarter. We never once sent Rice out as a decoy and then throw to the other side. If nothing else, that hurry up debacle where we lost about 2 mins and wasted a time out because Cam insisted on sending in the plays, only sent in one at a time and was slow as a snail about it should be enough for a pink slip.

I wonder what he was saying by flattering himself by hiding the plays. Probably his secrets on how to go two and a half quarters without a 1st down. I'm not putting this on Flacco. That hurry up debacle where Cam refused to let Joe call the plays shows that all the "this is Joe's offense" they've been feeding us is bull. Cam will NEVER let go. Give me a new OC and then let's evaluate Joe. I refuse to throw the only decent QB we've ever had under the bus for an OC that obviously cannot get it done.

When you suggest no Adjustements made you are correct. The Jags plan was excellent- Cut out Rice and Tight Ends. Joe uses these a his releif if the Wr are covered. Cam had no answer until the last drive. The Adjustment was to go No-Huddle. Quicken the pace. Do not let the defense settle into place. Did you notice the last quarter the Linebackers were reduced and the middle of the feild 15 yards was open? This is Bouldin territory.

Cam cannot adjust. Too the offensive line is hurt with Grubbs and Yanda. But good teams overcome this. Can the Ravens overcome weakness with a strong Harbaugh decision????? He need to recognize the achor is still in the sea bed with cam at the helm.

I'm surprised this thread hasn't been locked. I tried to start similar twice and it was shut down.

This game was the last straw for Cameron. We did play badly as a whole on O, but the play calling was stupid, unimaginative, reminiscent of 2010 and cost us the division lead. I'm sure it would be very difficult to change the OC mid season, but what else is there to do. Maybe just keep him and have someone else call the plays? I don't know. But how can we expect to go into the post season with this sort on ineptness.

This is something that Mr. Biscotti needs to address NOW.

I'm on board with this 100 percent. All I want is an offense that puts up 20 PPG every week. That's it. I don't care who does it or how it's done, but 20.0 PPG and winning TOP would probably be enough to help us win out the rest of the season, the way the defense has been playing.

yeah its time to axe cam cameron. he is garbage PERIOD. i am so sick and tired of watching how at times the offense can be really good but all the sudden suck [veiled profanity] in games like this. same goes with losing the playoffs with cam. its always the offense that chokes and the defense is the one sitting there where everyone expects them to pull the offense out of the hole. it didn't work out in Miami with Cam Cameron as a head coach. Hell he didn't even win a game that one season. I don't place the blame on Flacco but why not try Tyrod Taylor in some plays and rest Flacco? Why not rely on the passing game so much and run the ball like we use to back in the day? We've got Ricky, Ray, and Leach

Cam needs to go; he impeded the plan of no hurdle offense, trying to call his brilliant playcallings which helped us 3 and out consistently. He is absolutely not creative and slow to reacting in game adjustment.

Cam and Harbs said this is Joe's offense; I say this is BS; they abandon the no hurdle offense which led them to the first TD of the game.

Cam is the guy running the offense, so the offense failed, it's his problem. It's the obvious problem when he never lets go his chain on Flacco.

BTW, don't say Joe is throwing the ball, not Cam because if your playcalling is horrific and predictable, I don't care who the QB at helm he will fail when the opposing defense knows what's your next move.

Cam is great for changing something is working; like the drive for a TD.......He thinks he can outsmart the opposing defense when the opponent thank him for not attacking their weakness.......

The only thing I dislike him is he backs up Cam 100%; in general as HC, I want him to stay cuz he brings his team back to winning strikes, but not CAM......

Cam also isn't the one running the ball, or blocking.
Cam also isn't the one making tackles and sacks so he should consider how the defense is laying it out there and call some runs also.

Cam Cameron doesn't make in game adjustments it's crazy.... We draft TEs & WRs and then we never use them efficiently to create mismatches. We don't get in a double TE and motion one out to slot to get a LB in open space ( similar to NE or Saints TEs)

The personnel has changed for the offense but the play calling hasn't. WRs can't get separation because everyone runs 7-10 yd curls. Passing game is dump off pass, deep bomb.

As much as I agree that Cam isn't the one on the field executing, he is the one strategizing the plays and he is responsible for putting together a complete offensive plan. Last night was busch league football on the offensive side and you can point fingers across the board if you want, but ultimately if execution fails over and over again you have to adjust the plan in order to create success. It really didn't happen until the last drive and this isn't the first time we've seen this.

Our D keeps us in a lot of games we shouldn't be in. It's about time to make some changes on the offensive leadership side so I'll happily add my name to this list.

I think if the offense doesn't perform well this year Harbaugh will get rid of Cam. I think he kept Cam around mostly because of the lockout.
