Call it sour grapes if you want, the differnce in our MNF catastrophe was the ridiculous 15 yard penalty on Pollard for "leading with his helmet" on 3rd down. Obviously our offense was terrible and we deserved a loss, but without this bad call (among others) we still should have won.

The Ravens did not deserve to win that game. However, the officiating was absolutly horrid. That 15 yard penalty is what slipped a win away from the crappiest Ravens team I have seen in a long time. Had that penalty not happened, the score would have been 9-0 Jags and the Ravens would never had to make an onside kick to give the Jags great field position to make it 12.

Alright so...Dickson (I believe) catches a ball and clearly goes out of bounds. And the clock keeps running??

We lost about 2 mins on the Ed Reed injury. The clock kept running?

It is really bothering me why that clock kept running and of course, those announcers don't talk about anything.

I'm also very very heated about the whistle that prevented a delay of game on the Jags kick-off as well. Explanation they gave: Jags didn't have enough men on the field? Or too many?

Does anyone have any clarification on these things?

Yea what the hell was with that? It is my understanding that if you don't get the play off in time you either take a timeout or a penalty. How the hell do the official stop play to allow the Jags to get set. Even the announcers were complaining about how ridiculous that was. I don't think I can forget this game fast enough. It was disgusting from start to finish and just about ever facet of every position, coaching and officiating was horrid.

The officiating in this game was a joke but it did not lose the game for us. The way I see it is the refs gave Jacksonville a W but our L is totally on us!

Pollard will forever be targeted by the NFL for injuring Tom Brady. How dare he take out Goodell's cash cow--errrr--golden boy. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. The call would have been laughable if it wasn't now becoming the poster play for the NFL's brilliant safety campaign. I can't wait until safeties start lowering their heads to save the fifteen yard penalties, which at some point WILL result in some poor SOB's paralysis or death. The rule is all about safety--for the offensive player ONLY.

The kickoff call was hilarious. Didn't really change anything, though. If they had pushed them back five yards, we would have tried to return the kick and gotten drilled at the 13. Our special teams sucked (not the first time this year, either).

Ayanbadejo threw a punch and should have been ejected. The blind idiots didn't see what caused it, though, and that should have been taken into consideration when doling out punishment.

How many fumble calls did they miss?

I have about a billion jokes on Rashean Mathis and his physical need to mount our WRs that would be deemed far too inappropriate for this forum. After the game he said he hoped this was the Jaguars' "coming out" party. Come on, dude... that's just a little too on the nose.

Call me ageist but does anyone else see the irony in having "experienced" officials in the NFL? (Read: old, slow, and with deteriorated vision)

Don't blame the officials for the loss, though. Take that one field goal off the board and we still lost 9-7. We couldn't score 10 points on the Jacksonville Jaguars.
