Missing Forums

How come before I log on (while I am a guest) I can't view the main forum, the game threads or the FF forum?

I guess it's to encourage lurkers to sign up so they can post...?

Yea I notice that too. It should be available to view at least. What if "normal" people want to see what the "crazed, partially insane" fans (I mean us) are talking about?

Then if we piss them off enough, they have to log-on to post.

It's not very inticing to new people if they are browsing our forum and all they see is the Dump Thread and other NFL teams discussions. Why would I want to join that? Why aren't people talking about the ravens?

There are a couple of forums that do this. The Eagles, Cowboys, Browns, and Raiders (unofficial) come to mind. I think a few slurs boards do it to. The only thing I can think of is that they are trying to keep fans from embarrising the franchise. The last thing they need is a roaming fan to go through some of the trash talking threads and take and post them on another teams message board for even more people to find out how stupid some of their posters/ fans are.

The problem has now been fixed. All forums are visible now when logged on as a guest.

Yea we do that here. We often post things from other teams boards to fuel our conversation. Then comment on the brightness of said fans.

Good decision. Guests now will read our ridiculous posts, then get so irritated that they fell the need to join and post! The more the merrier.

I think what Pu bear was alluding to is that I am the most important cog. Integral if you will. And if I didn't come here the boards would be just awful.

That would be awesome! Do you guys have like a secret society forum going on - which only the moderators can view and post, unknown to the average poster?
