It basically analyzes the ravens defense in its strengths and attempts to pick a weakness in how we lost to tennesse. Saying were are 1st in almost every defensive category except 18th in power run defence which tenn exploited by using passing more than anticipated and led to haselbeck not getting sacked etc.. They say Jacksonville could be a team that tries to power run and then pass to exploit run anticipation like tenn did which got cary williams and ed reed burned on occasion. Also say the bengals who rank 10th in power run and 14th in pass protection fuel the characteristics of a team that has a high possibility of causing an upset. but they suggest the two QB's are not going to have the same abilities skill wise as Matt Haselbeck did. Also they say defences who stay first in defence struggle to stay there through 6 weeks saying most finish third or less by 30.8% chance of staying No. 1 for 16 games.

I don't really like this kind of argument. It kind of implies that playing like the best defense in the league is somehow going to make you worse going forward. It's a sample size issue more than anything else. But if there's anyone who can stay on top, it's the Ravens - both in terms of talent and the schedule.
