I think 5mil is a great deal for being one of the best GM in the league, but if we win SB like 2-3times during his era, I won't see him making less than 7mil a year.

WEll Remember if you raise his you are going to have to raise Decosta's as well to make sure that he stays happy, and you are going to be setting the pay higher for future GM's if they have the measure of success as OZ. I think he is getting paid fair compensation as he should be.

If you are going to be giving anybody a raise make it the cheerleaders. They keep me motivated during the lulls in action.
