I know who Steve Jobs is/was but if someone doesn't...I could really care less. Some people don't even know who the Vice President is and don't receive any grief for it like this.

Who cares? At least he didn't confuse Hellen Keller and Anne Frank.

And even though Oher uses his products doesn't mean he's required to know the co-founder's/CEO's name. At least he asked about it instead of remaining ignorant. It's not like he disrespected Jobs, either, quite the opposite... in total, a non-story.
