I think its low scoring with a lot of turnovers. Whoever can best capitlize on the turnovers, will win the game. That being said, I think we should be favored in the "turnover" department since the Steelers OL is week, and they are missing a lot of key players. Plus they have fumblitis (until he proves otherwise) running the ball.
Hopefully the fields in good shape.
I noticed the University of Pittsburgh had an away game this weekend.
If that's the case, then there's almost not excuse for the field to be messed up.

And if it is, and someone (god forbid) gets hurt, I can't see how the league can justify allowing the Steelers to keep their field in such poor condition -- on purpose.

I hope we knock "big ben" out of the the game.. I at least wanna see 4 sacks on this guy!!! and I def. DO NOT want to let mendanhall do anything agianst us.. With no running game what are the Steelers?.. I dont understand why people have them picked to win? People are quick to forget we are only ONE season from our 13-3.. & also that Baltimore has the #d in the league.. we are number 1 with TOP and we havent allowed a 100yr rusher in 21 games.. Granted we have a rookie QB. but flacco looks like the best QB i've seen on this team in a while, Hes comfortable in AND outside of the pocket.. and doesnt look like a deer in headlights when a play goes dead.. I think people need to be more focused on how nervous Ben will be.. He hates playing the Ravens.. He knows he's gonna have a loooong night ahead of him..

I have to record this and watch it tommorow (because it's on at like 2 AM here) so if anyone tells me the score at school tommorow, the will be in almighty amounts of pain soon after.

OMG, I can't wait!!!

All Flacco has to do is NOT panic or turn the ball over. We'll be fine, all I ask is don't have a turnover in the first half at least

Despite our SUPERIOR running game when compared to the Steelers, I'm anticipating a few deep bombs tonight, and not like the rushed play last week that ended up picked in the end zone...

I love our o-line too. 1 sack in 48 dropbacks. I read a Peter King article earlier wher ehe said "I expect the Steelers to introduce Joe Flacco to the road life in the AFC North rather brutishly tonight" and I smiled to myself and said, sure Peter, whatever makes you feel better. Dick Lebeau's blitzes are not any "crazier" or "exotic" than Rex's and Flacco played against them all summer and every practice since then, so I'm really not worried about the Steelers' pass rush....unless our o-line turns into a mirror image of the Steelers' o-line.

You guys ever wonder how Flacco manages to stay so calm under center despite the fact hes a rookie?

Maybe its because of our defense and is "ALWAYS" scared when playing them in practice. Which makes it easier on him when hes playing other teams. I hope today he shows that same calm ability under center.

Well, that, and he was always taught to maintain his composure in college. Never once did I see Joe Flacco panic when he was at Delaware.

Not even in the biggest game of his college career, the Div I-AA National Championship game, when playing from behind with a substantial deficit, did I see him panic. In fact, he kept playing, and he kept playing hard for the rest of the game, even when it was out of reach.

That's why he was drafted in the 1st round. Now, in two hours, it'll be time for him to prove to the rest of the nation why the Ravens made the right choice.

I'm telling you guys, the same feeling I've got about this game, is the same exact feeling I had before this year's draft, when I felt as if there was NO WAY the Ravens wouldn't draft Joe Flacco.

Of course, I was pleasantly surprised to see him taken in the 1st round as opposed to the 2nd round, but what happened, happened, and this team is probably better off for it.

As I've been saying for the past month, this game will be Joe Flacco's big national coming-out party.

This is his chance to prove why Ozzie Newsome took a chance on him, and this is his chance to prove that he deserves to keep this job for now and years to come.

The stars aligned perfectly for me once before, when the Ravens drafted Flacco. It happened a second time when Flacco got the starting nod for Week 1, and WON in his regular season debut. Here's to lightning striking a third time, hopefully... :)

Gotta love Emmitt Smith. Just said during NFL Countdown that our offense line is "mediocre". He didn't even need to watch the first 2 games, just look at the stats - plenty of rushing yards & only 1 sack in 2 games.
