Free Agent

Matt Ryan Vs. Mark Sanchez

3 posts in this topic

I need some advice on who to start. My QBs are Philip Rivers and Matt Hasselbeck, both of whom are on a bye week. Mark Sanchez and Matt Ryan are both on the waiver wire, so I'm debating who I should pick up.

Ryan is facing the Panthers defense, which has been fairly solid against the pass, but Ryan is a regular producer. Sanchez is hard to trust, but he is facing the Dolphins defense, which has been horrible against the pass.

Any thoughts?

I would go with Ryan over Sanchez. Jets really want to run the ball and if they get the lead early they will run a ton.

Panthers can put up some points. So I think this may be a shootout type game. Carolina is pretty bad with the run but M Turner is pretty bad himself. I would trust Ryan over Sanchez.

Thats what I was thinking. If Cam Newton and the Panthers puts up a bunch of points then the Falcons will have to match those points, which should mean a lot of passing for Ryan and the Falcons passing offense. Thanks PuRock!
