Can You Do This On Madden?

I don't play Madden that much, only when i'm bored and waiting for a football game to start, but can you create a team and select acutal players from other teams? I'd love to make an offense with Cam Newton, beast O-Line, and Steve Smith, Devery Henderson, Pierre Garcon, Larry Fitzgerald, and Mike Wallace (My favorite deep threats) and just send them all on fly routes.

I am not sure 100% if there is a game mode option called create a team, but if you do online franchise and set it to 2 players and locked, that way its just you (against all madden so it will be difficult) you can trade crappy players for really good players, or to make it more fair trade the good players for really good players. Lets say David Reed is a 58, I can trade him for a 95 desean jackson, in online franchise you can make any trade and it will go through.

yes,go to my madden go to nfl roster,go to trade,when done,go to Franchise and they will be there
