I dunno. It seems as if Haloti was in between a rock and a hard place. If he keeps his head up, he probably butts Sanny in the head and takes a helmet to helmet flag. Lowers his head and ends up taking either an unsportsmanlike flag or gets a fine later on. I have no idea whether all these thoughts flowed through his head before the moment of impact or if he was just thinking, 'MMMM, SANCHES,' but it's weak how the rules kind of add those other things inside a defensive players' mind.

Leading with your helmet is always a dangerous hit for both players! Lets see u take that hit in your back and then tell me how dangerous it was or was not! That hit was well worth $15,000.00, no flag and a TD, now that is what you call great value!

First of all Hines Ward got hit like that last week helmet in the back, was that guy fined too because it was a dangerous hit, or was it dangerous because it was sanchez? second of all u dont know what kind of hits ive taken or anything like that and thirdly two years ago know one would have thought twice about that hit on sanchez so now that it is "illeagal" to hit qbs like that its dangerous. If you look back at the tackle it wasnt a dangerous tackle because even though he may have led a bit with his helmet, he wrapped sanchez up with his arms out. Not all hard hits are dangerous, its football, thats why you sign up to play the game.

I don't like all the new nitpicking rules but according to the rules the hit deserved a fine. He could have turned slightly and led with his shoulder but hey, it's the heat of the moment and all that. Money well spent.

Ya I agree. I felt that before and it isn't fun at all. It's a full on contact collision into your spine and that's why I feel bad for Sanchez because that was HALOTI NGATA. Wow, I would've cried too.
