I think you're agreeing with me, but not entirely sure I said it was thrown well behind him and when I said "tipped", I meant by a Jet. I think it was actually touched by a Jet DB first, but I may be mistaken.

He meant Eric Smith.

Personally, I thought he could've reeled it in. I don't recall it being tipped, however. The pass was behind Torrey, and while it wouldn't have been the easiest adjustment, but he was practically standing still, looked it in the whole way and barely turned his body. It seemed as if he was attempting to catch it with his left hand.

Man, I want to see it again to be sure. He was running to the left with the ball thrown behind him, so he definitely wasn't standing still.

He was barely moving while making the catch. Meant that he wasn't running full speed while having to reach back for the ball. He ran his route, slowed down to adjust, and reached back for it with his left. I wish I had any footage, so right now, I'm just speaking based off of what I can personally recall.

I wasn't sure it was tipped but the ball was way behind Torrey to reach for it when he's going high speed.

What -Truth- haha.. I meant the Safety Smith for the Jets tipped it, or at least I thought. I think you and I are always on the same page about a lot, you just always say enough to where I don't need to come in for the kill lol

Does anyone see any comparions between Roddy White and Torrey Smith?? I do. Smith has/had questions about his hands/route running coming out of college, just like White did. White didn't do anything major until he got a few years under his belt; many feel that Smith won't do much stats wise for the first few years (I think he can produce stats wise, but I think he's still a project except on deep routes). White has serious speed; Smith has serious speed. Both are just about the same size. And both almost look similar too haha.

Is this farfetched, or do you all see where I went with this?

I dont see the Roddy White comparison. Totally different style players

I dont know if Torrey is mike wallce fast but he is fast as hell and very strong. with torrey type of speed he can be a different type of player nothing anyone has seen before. torrey has this type of potential.

if the cb is playing off burn him deep.

cb playing him on him burn past the press of do a come back.

cb take away the inside, speed outside then fight his way inside anyway.

basically what im saying is torrey has the potential to get whatever the d is trying to take away.

the simply fact of putting revis on a rookie tells all. then for revis to back off him tell me that his speed scares.

on a side note why do cam call some screens for boldin the ones he killed teams with in Arizone. if watch every game last and this year except the bucs game and i did not see boldin get a screen yet. in two year i've seen housh, pitta, heap, dickson, and mason run screens never have i seen boldin.
