Willie Parker Out For Week 4

This is pretty good, now along with Troy and Ward who are not practicing, Parker is out for sure.

I know we wont be playing a team that is in full health, and if we get a win people will say its cause injuries, but I think this helps us have a better chance of winning, and I am kinda happy about that.
