I like this trade for you. Williams has been a huge disappointment fantasy-wise, the Panthers just aren't getting him touches (I have him too). You have a great lineup and are rather deep at the receiver position with Dez, Maclin, and Nicks all solid starts. Peterson is a must-start every week and one of my personal favorite fantasy players, but behind him you don't have much talent at RB; especially with Foster back and Tate injured.

I agree. Go for it. You have some good depth at WR, with Maclin and Bryant, and your RB group is weak behind Adrian Peterson. Matt Forte is one of the best RBs in fantasy football this year, and Jennings is good, but Finley and the other Packers WRs are getting the ball too, which means less targets for Jennings.

Also, you should see who you can get for Manningham off of the waiver wire. Victor Cruz's stock is rising, and as a result, Manningham's stock is falling. See if you could pull off a trade, or add someone off of the waiver wire like Eric Decker or Jordy Nelson.

I'd do it... you've got nice depth at both RB and WR. You can never have enough stud RBs.
