Purple Ladies Night Autographs

I am coming to the Purple Ladies Night for the first time this year. The information I received with my tickets said that autograph wristbands are distributed at 3:30pm. I wondered what past experience was with this, whether they go in 30 minutes or if it takes an hour or more to give them all out? And does anyone know what the itinerary is for that evening? It says 4pm to 10pm, so I assume it's like an Open House and you don't have to be there the entire time.
